I'm being demoted, for MTS, but it may be for motivation purposes.
Since this network has become less competitive, prices in stores for goods without interesting offers, communication wants to improve, and 4G Internet is still working..... Why???!!! Not always, of course, but often, as for such a good salon.
Clients are being lost, but propositions are....We got into a period of stagnation.

We bought an expensive phone , after a couple of days the connection began to work poorly , the interlocutor disappears during a conversation , they do not change it under warranty , they send it to a service center , and the service center waves its hands , they say we do not see the problem , or they refer to poor communication , although there is no such problem with other devices . That's how they can't change the phone under warranty .
If you only try to take it for your own money for an independent examination , and then to court .
MTS has a guarantee, it's just a name, in fact it doesn't matter, it's better not to buy devices from them and save your nerves!
There are no complaints about the employees!

Excellent communication salon. We bought a phone and a watch with a big discount and bonuses. The staff transferred all the information and set up new devices. Polite communication. I recommend.
