A very good sanatorium. I had a rest in November 2025. It's amazingly beautiful inside. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. The food is just great, there's never been anything that I haven't enjoyed eating. The territory is also fabulous. I would like to have a little more procedures included in the price of the trip. And the downside is that there are no procedures on Sunday, but you pay for the day. It's not very profitable if you go for a week and take a room without checking in, 40 thousand for a meal is a lot.

We came from Russia. We found a sanatorium on the Internet. Let's start with the most unpleasant thing, they wrote us one cost for accommodation, but it turned out to be another. And we were left without cash. They do repairs in the morning, they interfere with sleep, is it really impossible to do this a little later? It's hot outside, and the pool is dirty and not filled. They said it wasn't the season , but they were taking money like they did for the season. There is a sauna in the territory, which cannot be accessed or reached. We tried 5 times. Why would she do that at all? The road to the dining room is something. Poor pensioners, especially those who walk badly. There are a lot of stairs. It's hard for poor people to go there. Of course there are advantages. It's a lot of food, and it's delicious, but it's not dietary at all. Beautiful and very well maintained green area. A lot of procedures. A very nice girl at the electrosone procedure. In general, the sanatorium is not cheap, and the service does not hold up. The advantages do not overlap the disadvantages.

The standard room is cozy, everything is done in a pleasant color scheme, cleaning was done daily. But please tell the managers that when people book travel packages in advance, the building is under renovation. All the disadvantages are compensated by the gorgeous nature.

An excellent sanatorium in the city, a couple of stops to Yesentai Mall. The staff is responsive, everything is on the level. The food is excellent, 3 meals a day (+ another afternoon snack), you choose the menu yourself for the next day, everything is very tasty, you have never been so that something did not suit you. The nature is amazing, there are so many plants and conifers and all different types, the walk turns into a pleasure, cool! Plus an additional territory in the form of a Terencula, about 8000 steps in one direction. The rooms have all the necessary minimum, clean and tidy, everything is arranged. On weekends, there is an extensive program for going to the city, Medeo-Koktebe and so on. Plus medical procedures (Paraffinosecerite, Mineral pool, Inhalation, Salt room, Massage, etc.). 5 out of 5 satisfied with the rest. The month of May is a perfect month, warm and nature is fully awake.

We rested in the sanatorium "Koktem".I really liked the well-groomed territory, you can quickly get to the city, clean rooms,private change of towels in the rooms,cleaning.The dining room has a varied menu, large portions, there were always vegetables and fruits.You can choose the menu yourself and place an order.Everything was very tasty.We are also satisfied with the treatment, there were practically no queues, everyone went according to the appointed time.The nurses are all polite, they will help, if anything, they will tell you.There were trips organized, but we did not go, due to ill health.There were discos every evening, but unfortunately there were no games or contests.The request to turn on a slow dance or waltz was ignored.Traditionally, on the day of arrival, the staff arrange a concert on their own.It was a wonderful concert, thanks to the one who organized and the participants.Overall, everything was great.
