I paid at the self-service checkout.There are no people, I approached the operator with two goods that I would consider out of place , Refused.I went to the terminal.I started scanning, but one product was not scanned. I called the operator.She started explaining to me half-blindly how to enter the blurred numbers, asked her to do it, refused, arguing that it was self-service and sent it to a regular cashier where it stood for another 5 minutes.And 10 minutes are lost and the mood is spoiled because of the royal party.That's how one employee can ruin all the desire to go to this store.
