We made an appointment the day before, and I arrived at the office at the appointed time. 1.5 hours of waiting and trying to get an answer and nothing. I understand everything, there are different situations, but I did not receive any explanations during the day. I have repeatedly used the services of this car rental company in Minsk, no problems, everything is at the highest level, any issue has been resolved, but here there is a slight mess and misunderstanding. Hello, everyone. We rented a Kia Sportage for 20 days. The pricing policy suited us, plus the guys made a discount. The car is clean, well-groomed, technically serviced, there are zero complaints. We flew to Belarus to travel from Russia from Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai, where we are spoiled by the Japanese car industry, but the Korean car industry did not let us down, having traveled around half of Belarus, without complaints, which is incredibly glad. We thank the guys for their hard work. Next time, we will turn only to them. All the best and good.

Good afternoon. The impression is terrible!!! I needed a car with a trip outside the Republic of Belarus, I asked for a month, they said there would be no problems, and I needed to book a week in advance, I called a week in advance, and then dancing with a tambourine started. In one word..... Refused!!!! It's good that there are other responsible companies!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND this one if you want to avoid difficulties. It's a pity there is no negative rating, I would put it without hesitation!!!!!
