Really great and cozy place! All stewards very pleasant and gentle. You can ask any man for anythink you need and got help. All furniture is very solid. Rooms clear and it keeps clear by stewards. Located near the metro station and have very usefull supermarkets closely.

1. This is an old hotel. A simple maintenance doesn't happen. As an example, some scratches on the room's frame door could be easily handled, but no personal care for it. 2. The service standards are at a low level: 2.1. In the room there was only one towel for 2 people (twin beds). Our friends also received only one towel in the room. 2.2. The same situation was with slippers - one pair for each room. I guess, the hotel staff had an idea that we can share. 2.3. At the reception the young Front Desk Manager was rude in his communication when I asked to make the music in the lobby less loud while we were there waiting for our check-in time. 2.4. In the "restaurant" the rude waiter kept asking me in a rude manner for the breakfast payment: we were paying every morning, this time the one who was paying in our group went to his room for a short moment. I explained that he will be back in about 5 minutes and will pay, but the waiter continues to pursue that I need to pay now. The restaurant guests could hear him well and this situation was completely outrageous. We didn't check-out from the hotel and for sure planned to pay. The second waiter is very slow: when I asked to bring tea during the breakfast, he just kept cleaning tables, until I asked him again. On other days he was also slow with the service. 2.5. You can't buy something to eat and sit in the lobby with it: you will be in a rude manner asked to leave the lobby. This was happening at dinner time and despite the fact, that the hotel didn't even have a dinner proposal for the hotel guests. 2.6. Our friends had bad smell on the room for a few days and couldn't move to another room because the hotel was full. 3. The breakfast is the worst I had in a hotel: every day instead of some meat choice was hard liver - the cooking quality was low. There is a strange breakfast time, only from 8:00 am to 9:30 am - no longer. One time we took lunch. It seems that the kitchen had a leftover food. We got rice and potatoes on the same plate, overcooked meat (with burned spots on it). The vegetable salad was without any dressing. It took some time for me to wait for oil after I had asked the waiter for it. Another waiter brought ice cream, but didn't know that it was the ice cream, when we asked which dessert they had for lunch. 4. The mattress on the bed is bad quality - old and hard. If you are sensitive to it, consider paying to another hotel. 5. The pool working hours are also strange, not for a guest service: from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm - a break time and then it is working only until 5:00 pm. If someone arrives for business reasons and works until 6:00 pm, you won't be able to use the pool. Strongly do not recommend to be in this hotel, even if you are just coming "for sleep". Few nice staff members didn't make a big difference in front of all those points.

The room is tired, the furniture is too old, the sheets are stained, the TV shows 4 channels. The plumbing is so-so, but it's clean. Refrigerator, kettle, 2 cups, several tea bags. They don't give you any water.The battery is working fine. The window is dirty, it's terrible, you can open it a little, but there's no point.I don't recommend touching the curtains either)). And don't take a room with an adjacent door, you can hear the neighbors perfectly)) After checking in, we went to lunch. In this hotel, the food was brewed for breakfast and lunch. Serving aak dishes in the restaurant, everything is delicious and satisfying. By the way, the breakfast buffet is small, but everything is delicious and appetising) You can order to your room, if necessary. The pool is on the 8th floor. In general, it is normal, cold water cools perfectly. There is a Jacuzzi. Sun beds with a mattress, towels are provided. The staff was very pleased. Everyone is polite and friendly. I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at the Comfort Inn hotel in the Deira area! First of all, I want to note the excellent price—quality ratio - for a very affordable price, I received a service that pleasantly surprised me. The room was spacious, very clean, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. Cleaning was carried out daily and with really high quality — not a speck of dust, everything was neat and in order. Bathroom accessories were replenished regularly, towels were always fresh and soft. I would also like to praise the staff — they are very friendly, polite and helpful. They always helped, responded quickly to any requests, and smilingly suggested routes and transportation. I felt as comfortable as possible. The location is also great: near the metro, shopping malls, restaurants, currency exchanges — everything is within walking distance. Dubai Creek Embankment is just a few minutes away by taxi. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which is important for relaxation. I was also pleased with the rooftop pool — clean, cozy, with comfortable sun beds. A great place to relax after exploring Dubai. In general, the Comfort Inn is a great option if you need a clean, comfortable place with good service and an ideal location. We chose a budget hotel for the New Year closer to the metro. It is located within a 5-minute walk to the metro and bus stop. We went to Al Mamzar beach with her, she is on the side of the hotel. One of the disadvantages is to get to the beaches for an hour or more. There are many grocery stores and all sorts of good prices near the hotel. The hotel staff was very polite and pleasant. We cleaned every day, although from time to time the employee tried to arrange to postpone the cleaning to another day :) The room is a little old, but everything was comfortable, beds, mattress, linens, shower - everything was comfortable, even though it looked so-so. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. There was a buffet for breakfast, and lunch was brought by the waiter according to their menu (without the possibility of choice). For me, the food is not much different from what I would like, nevertheless, almost everything was delicious. We tried to be the first to arrive at the buffet, so we sorted out everything delicious quickly and put it sooo slowly. So something might not be enough (for example, fruit), nevertheless, we have never been hungry. My bottom line: for the money that we paid for this trip, we are very satisfied!

Positive: - near the metro - the availability of triple rooms (for us, this was the main criterion) - an inexpensive area for migrants (there is an opportunity to buy food and things at more humane prices) - free Wi-Fi - working mini fridge - there is a hairdryer - there is a kettle and mugs - we were given two bags of cheap tea (for three people) and some sugar - they bring soap and shampoos - it's very mediocre, but they still clean the floors. - there is a small pool on the roof (but it is not heated - very cold) Cons: - there are no slippers - there was only one towel (when they asked, they gave three for the bath and one for three for the hands, but they didn't give one for the feet at all. They have also never been changed during the entire stay) - the air conditioner is very cold, so they tried to open the window at night instead of the air conditioner, but the guard came running and asked them to close the window. - the blankets are scary, like in the Soviet army - the bed linen has never been changed, but for some reason it was filled with an envelope every day... - there is a TV, but it does not work (gray noise on all channels), they said that they had some kind of problem, but it was not solved (probably it was not solved) - there is no drinking water - only to buy in the store - there is an iron on request, but it is very dirty and scary (as well as a board for it) - we broke a cup and were charged 25 dihrams for this (although I think for their jambs in the form of a non-working TV and lack of slippers and towels, we could not charge anything special, despite the fact that in the nearest store you can buy a beautiful set with saucers for 6 people for 15 dihrams)

I stayed at this hotel from 9.02 to 18.02.26. I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't keep silent here! Upon arrival, my single room was occupied and I was given a triple room, the room was large with a king size bed and a second single bed. I immediately noticed the underwear, it was heavily washed and felt as if it had not been changed. The shower was leaking heavily in the bathtub, so it was difficult to wash with such a pressure of water from the watering can, the sink was found to be clogged, the water was not leaving well, water was periodically flowing from under the toilet, so the bathroom floor was constantly wet. There is almost no WiFi Internet, when connected to the Internet in the room, it worked for no more than 10 minutes, then disappeared indefinitely! The furniture is all very old, stained and stained. The towels were taken from the room a day later and returned only upon request. A week later, I was moved to a single room, it was more comfortable, but everything was also old. In 10 days, I never had my underwear changed, there was a moment when they forgot to clean the room for 3 days, didn't take out the trash, didn't bring toilet paper, complained to the reception and only then changed towels and brought paper, but the floors remained unwashed, respectively, sand collected, and in the bathtub my hair (black) and dirt On the floor, zero service! And last night I itched a lot, and in the morning I saw bloody footprints on the sheet, bedbugs still live here, it's just terrible, it's good that I noticed it on the last day of my stay!!! The cafe downstairs serves the same type of breakfast, but you can eat and even eat -35 dirhams, but every day it's the same, fried liver with vegetables, omelet, fried vegetables, cupcake, when you pour tea/coffee, they never give you a saucer, you need to ask for it additionally, while the staff are very surprised why I need it (Damn culture). The hotel has a day manager, an older man, a very unpleasant personality, looks arrogantly, does not want to solve problems, he forced a smile for the first few days, then almost did not greet, but if your question is not solved, then during the daytime the hotel has a manager who will quickly solve your problems, thank you very much. I chose the hotel based on the reviews of friends who lived in it 5 years ago, maybe then this hotel was good, now it's a 2-star hotel.* Also, I want to write about sound insulation, it just doesn't exist, three days before my departure, a family was settled in the room next to me, who constantly cursed loudly and yelled at her young child, I was absent during the day, and at night it was unbearable to sleep when heavy objects were thrown, first at the wall, then on the floor, and loudly they were yelling, and the child was crying a lot, and it was at 3 a.m.!!! Take earplugs just in case. But I do not recommend this hotel for stays of more than 2 nights! The area itself is good, the metro is 5 minutes on foot, there is a shopping center nearby, where there are inexpensive cafes, it's far from the sea, I went to Al Mamzar beach 45 minutes by bus C28 and to Mercato beach first by metro to Mach, then by buses 8; 88, X28

The staff is always friendly. The location is excellent: metro, bus, shops, cafes, everything you need and at inexpensive prices. The nearest beach is Almamzar- we went where the entrance fee is 5 dirhams, there is a good park and a great beach, a shower, a locker room all this is included in the price sometimes they even let us through for free)). About 30 dirhams went by taxi to and from the beach in one direction, you can group with vacationers from the hotel and chip in a taxi conveniently and inexpensively. The vacation was great, I recommend the hotel.
