The hotel and excursions were selected, taking into account our budget and requests (2 adults + 2 children). He is always in touch, he will prompt and tell you everything. I strongly recommend not contacting this travel agency... In November 2023, we signed a contract, immediately paid the cost of the round trip flight, and in July we paid for accommodation and meals... We are looking forward to a long-awaited vacation in August, packing our bags, but that was not the case... 40 hours before departure, the "joyful" news came from the director - we are not flying anywhere, because she has something with Belavia, and our tickets have been canceled ... As it turned out later, Anna enters deliberately false information into the contract, at least in terms of the legal address and the organization that is the guarantor of the fulfillment of obligations. A court, a statement to the police, bailiffs... But there is still no money... Having fun)))) And there are more than 10 such victims.

Tour to Georgia from 07/24/2018. This travel agency was chosen because of a certain hotel, which few people offered from travel agencies. As well as a visually beautiful Instagram and only with positive reviews from Anna's detector itself. Then it turned out that it was our big mistake. The only positive thing is that the hotel room still had a beautiful view, as we wanted, although another floor was initially discussed. Now the cons: -Initially, the departure was supposed to be at 6.20, then it was postponed to 7.20, arriving at the gathering place by this time it turns out that the departure was postponed because of one person who has not yet arrived and only the whole bus is waiting for him, we eventually left at the beginning of 9. Due to the late There was little time left to go on vacation to a hotel in Voronezh, as we arrived there after two in the morning. They pleased one and spat on the whole bus. - We pre-booked and paid for 2 seats on the bus, but when the seating according to the lists began, we were sent to the back rows, of course we reminded that we had paid for the seats, but the accompanying Irina said I don't know anything about how it is written and the soot, call yourself and find out. But fortunately we were still put in our seats, but the mood was spoiled, although we had not even left yet. - The most important disappointment is the bus, which is absolutely not designed for such long-distance journeys, and even more so with night ones. - The woman who accompanied us, Irina, is arrogant and has a very small vocabulary. The information was delivered differently each time and the whole bus did not understand which option to choose when asked again, she was freaking out and angry. - When we reached Kabuleti, we were transferred to a sprinter, 4 more people with us and taken to Batumi, unaccompanied. We were dropped off at the hotel and the driver just drove off without a word. We didn't know what to do next, because there was no information. We took our suitcases, went to the reception, fortunately there was free wi-fi, started writing to Anna, it was said to wait. After a while, a man came and escorted us to the room. - The most "fun" was the way back home. After arriving in Georgia, because of the terrible bus, everyone began to be outraged and turned to Anna to change the bus or at least remove a couple of seats so that there was more room to sit, she of course promised that she would do everything possible and even in the stories of her instagram showed how she solves these issues, even showed how she looked another replacement bus. But upon the arrival of our old bus, we realized that it was just a show-off so that people would get behind her. Not only was there the same bus and no one removed any seats, but it was also broken more: the sockets did not work and there was no wi-fi, not only in Georgia, but also in Russia. On the right side of the bus, where we were sitting, the air conditioner was not working - it was at +35 on the street, on the left everything was working. The Internet and sockets were made only after a day of traveling on the bus, but the sockets did not work for a long time. Fortunately, at least the Internet remained. Anna stopped responding to private messages, answered only in the chat, a couple of prepared phrases that it was force majeure, and she did everything she could. Since our bus was on Georgian plates, on the way back we were detained as much as possible at every border, stopped at every post. The border between Georgia and Russia was crossed for 5 hours, with a full scan of the bus, when 2 buses with RB numbers passed at that time. We arrived in Minsk at 10 a.m., while the rest of the tours arrive at 6-7. Organizational issues, even with the presence of the director, were resolved at the zero level. I do not recommend this travel agency as much as possible, if you do not want to spoil your vacation.
