I wanted to pick up the package. I called, the workers said they were working until 16:00. Although today is 16.01.24, this is not a pre-holiday day. And usually the post office is open until 17:00. I was told that I could come and pick up the parcel from 13:00 to 14:00, at lunchtime. I arrived at 13:00, the staff left for lunch. How did I find out about this? I called the number from which they called me and said that the package had arrived. They told me they were going to call the employee who was inside, they hung up, and then they turned off the phone so I couldn't get through. I don't mind, please go to lunch during your legal working hours, but then other people don't need to be told to come to the post office at lunchtime. By the way, I wasn't the only one there. A man came who found himself in the same situation as me

Сотрудники вежливые, многие даже не заказывают в свой адрес и если есть у них знакомые по этому индексу как мне известно, заказывают на этот индекс свои отправки. Здесь нету лишных беспокоеств.

Самый грубый персонал из возможных, позвонили и сказали забрать заказ, я заказывал с Китая на узум но пришел в почту, оператор не представился, не сказала куда ехать.

не всегда вовремя приходят сотрудники именно которые ответственны за посылки,заказанные с Китая или с других мест.

Отделение нормально, работа на "5". Вот ремонт в помещении надо бы провести давно. Всё такое старенькое и холодное.

Чтобы отправить посылку, надо дождаться начальницу отделения, которая на работу приходит когда захочет. Я ждала до 10.20 Стоимость посылки в Россию заоблачная
