The "deliver sim card by courier" function is basically useless.
When I ordered a sim card, they wrote that they would bring it tomorrow. As a result, I waited 3 days, wrote to them 2 times in support, 2 times they swore to deliver, but no one brought the sim card. I had to go buy a SIM card myself.
After a couple of months, I decided to order for my wife, I also ordered, they wrote that they would bring it tomorrow, as a result, several days passed again, no one brought anything, no one reports anything. I don't understand why do something that doesn't work?? Just do not write that you have "blockages and a lot of orders", food delivery services also have a lot of orders, but the burger is delivered to me in 40 minutes and the sim card could not be for 4 days.
