I've been going to Cypress for functional training with Snezhana for the second year now, just a fire. Sometimes Zhenya conducts classes, also a class. The coaching staff at the studio is wonderful: attentive, responsive and active girls! During my training (more than a year), my physical endurance and reflection in the mirror have noticeably improved, and I am very happy with my form. Classes are varied, they take place in a pleasant friendly atmosphere, you do not need to force yourself to go to training, your legs lead you. I can safely recommend this studio, which I am doing)

I have been visiting the Cypress Studio for the second year. I chose the direction of "Functional training" for myself. I really like the coaching staff. Snezhana and Evgenia are super professionals in their field. All the training sessions are varied and take place in a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere! There are quite a lot of directions, everyone can choose the right one for themselves.
