An absolutely meaningless place. I don't recommend it. Briefly, for understanding. The business or government decided to draw attention to the depressed island. Which they once tried to build on, but it didn't work out. It should be understood that this is an ordinary industrial zone, with its own "charms". A fairly large food zone was built, located on the farthest edge of this island and adjacent to the port, where oil production platforms are located, etc. And so they staged a performance, placed a sculpture of a fashionable designer and began to promote it intensively. Naturally, the people broke down. In total, there is a certain installation from a fashionable person, lying in the railway of the world, next to the industrial zone. It sucks. I don't recommend it.
