Horrible service Staf very unfriendly and bad manners. Service is exceptionally bad. We were only Two people on the table, they brought my wifes meal firs and i was waiting for 15 minutes to get my meal after i asked three times. The waiter behaved like that’s is a normal thing to hapen. They were in such of a rush to take our plates, i was still eating and the waiter reached for my plate. It took me three times to tell him to leave my plate alone as i have not finish my food yet. They never apologised for anything They canot say a simple sorry when they make mistakes. And forcefully asking for service charge, which is not compulsory as we already pay for the meal. I always pay the service charge when is a semi decent service but to be forced to pay thats a bit to much. Please do yourself a favour just dont go to this restaurant is not worthy, there is pleanty of other better places, this restaurant is run by crooks. I would have scored zero star but is not posible.

A Vibe place with a great view. The portions are huge, I had to ask them to pack the salad with me. A couple of waiters are speaking English, and another one is speaking Russian. 2 main courses, salad and 4 cocktails cost $90. Without alcohol, it is quite possible to eat for $40-50 for two. The price level is the same as in all the nearby eateries, but the cuisine and service are of a completely different level. There are a lot of cats who try to steal something delicious and sit right under the table looking plaintively

The average check per person is 800-1000 lira (drink, hot food, salad/pasta). You can get enough without any problems! I definitely recommend the pizza with salmon (710 lire). Great cuisine, great staff. There are no Russian speakers, the staff speaks Turkish, German, Italian, English. The menu is via QR, the menu has the Russian language! If it's your birthday, then you can inform the staff about it, and they will definitely congratulate you (they give you a chocolate cake with candles + playing the violin)

On the downside, it's very expensive. I took an inexpensive salad and spaghetti with champignons, my husband took the same salad and schnitzel. We paid 1,600 lire, which is 6,000 rubles at the current exchange rate! For two courses with salads, it is undoubtedly expensive. One of the advantages: an old cafe (60 years old), huge portions! In fact, if they had known that, they would have made do with one dish. 2 huge schnitzels with salad can be safely eaten for two! Or a salad with a local flatbread, they are also huge here. In general, I recommend going in, but first order something just to have a snack. By the way, they bring it right there. They just hop and bring it, as if the waiters were holding dishes for us behind our backs. :) Although it's evening and there are a lot of people. It is very cool! And delicious. The app is free and without a code, because the menu is based on a QR code, there is no paper one. But you open it immediately in Russian and everything is clear. Everyone is sitting outside, even though it's January (+8), powerful heaters are running on the veranda, and I even had to take off my jacket. I liked the cafe, that's for sure. The only thing that bothers me is the prices. But I would come back for tea with dessert or flatbread.

Nice restaurant near Galata Tower. It's not cheap, but you can expect high prices near a familiar place. The food has been delicious for a long time, we were pleased with the large portions, one serving of the dish is already full. The waiters were helpful, one of the waiters spoke broken Russian, and understood everything we were asking for without English. I recommend this place in this area!

Of the many options where to have breakfast, we chose this cafe based on the reviews. On the plus side, a beautiful location with a view of Galata, not a bad choice of food, quite tasty, the price tag + is the same for this area. On the downside, they cheated with the check, added 2 fresh oranges + 380 lira to the check. Russians Russian-speaking waiter came up to us, and when I called the staff to point out the mistake, he was just sitting us down at a table when we arrived, and he immediately realized that we were Russians and spoke Russian to us. I explained the situation to him, he apologized and left. They didn't accuse anyone, well, they made a mistake, but when I saw that Azamat (a Russian-speaking waiter) approached the Turk serving our table and apparently pointed out the "mistake" in the receipt, he was very upset, very angry, it was obvious that he had not accidentally put the juice in the receipt. Angry as hell brought us a new receipt, squeezing out a “sorry”) There's a little bit of sediment left, I'm lowering my rating just because of this incident. Thanks to Azamat for helping with the situation, thanks to such people, the desire to return to such institutions does not disappear.

We were at this restaurant in the 22nd and this year. We chose it as one of the best places for a dense late lunch and a calm atmosphere, despite the fact that it is located near one of the busiest tourist spots in Istanbul, the Galata Tower. Just a great pesto. Super menu, lots of choices. There was a full boarding and the waiters were running, and nevertheless the serving of 4 dishes and drinks took less than 10 minutes. For three years, I visited this place every time I visited Istanbul. This time was the last one. The service is disgusting. The waiter pointedly pretended not to see (he served the Turks quickly), he forgot to bring part of the order. I had to remind him of the bill 2 times, and again, for the last time, I had to get up and approach His Majesty the waiter Effendi. Another waiter didn't have time to get on top of me, but he brushed the rice away while wiping the table. If you are in the Galata Tower area and want to eat somewhere, this is one of the places where you can go both during the day and in the evening. It is located right at the foot of the tower, there are places both in a small room and on the street. It looks like a decent place with more or less normal prices, there is a service + 10% to the bill. There are Russian-speaking waiters, the food is delicious, although a little greasy (this is the case in most establishments here).
