Charming eco-boutique hotel with breathtaking mountain views. The place was pure serenity — warm, inviting, and perfectly cozy. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering genuine hospitality and thoughtful touches. Thanks Movses and Ani 🤍 One of the highlights was the stunning nature right at our doorstep! We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails, including Lastiver Park and Yell, where we spotted all kinds of wildlife. The whole experience was exactly what we needed — peace, adventure, and total relaxation. 100% recommend!

We stayed for 5 days at this eco-boutique hotel with an incredible mountain view. The place was absolutely magical—full of coziness and comfort. A special shout-out to the hosts Ani and Movses who showed unmatched hospitality and care throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this place!💗🤍🫶🏻

A wonderful family hotel that you want to return to💚 Ani and Movses are very hospitable hosts. The houses are very nice, very cozy inside. At the end of September, it is cool in the evening, but there is a heater. There is an outdoor gazebo and a small enclosed house where you can play board games and watch a movie. Very tasty Armenian home cooking.

A great place for one day to reboot and just meditate... You can also take a walk to the waterfall to give your legs a load, but the path is quite difficult... Good breakfast, wonderful friendly owners... I recommend 🌹

An incredible place! It's quiet, peaceful, the houses are very comfortable and there aren't many of them, so you can completely relax. The owner of the hotel is a kind-hearted man. Film screenings in the evenings. The breakfasts are very tasty and satisfying. You can climb the mountains, horse riding is nearby.

I recommend it to everyone. A very nice hotel! It's all clear! Polite staff, buffet breakfast, we overslept) we were late for breakfast, the time was already 11:00, the receptionist at the cafe asked, 6 people and my children were allowed to have a buffet, although everything was already cleaned, but the restaurant staff brought everything, everything that was on the buffet! Thank you very much!! And also, at night the gate was opened, I drove into the territory to park. Thank you very much 🙏

It's a wonderful place. The hosts do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. The view of the valley is fantastic. You just need to keep in mind that the road from Yenokavan is broken and taxi drivers charge an additional fee for this (it is better to negotiate in advance). But this does not spoil the impression of Anya and Movses' hospitality at all - thank them very much!
