Nice hotel, convenient location, delicious breakfasts. The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool, and another rooftop pool, but it is closed in autumn and winter. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice view. Shower accessories, such as bathrobes and hats, are available on request. The spa is small, the pool is small) but it is quite enough. The breakfasts are plentiful, you can order dishes separately, which is very convenient!

I was at this hotel for a training session that lasted for several days! I have never regretted it! Taking a taxi back to the center late at night and returning in the morning would cost almost as much as the room cost per night. Drinking tea in a room with a view of departing planes is a separate kind of pleasure 😍 Just like in the airport lounge area 👌 There is a cafe on the 1st floor serving amazing borscht! I was satisfied with the service!

If we are talking about a 5-star hotel, then it is passing by. In the bathroom, it was scary to plug in, the socket was falling off. The faucet in the Jacuzzi is kept on snot. I haven 't told you yet , there were no bathrobes , towels for 1 person, 2 pcs . Again, I haven't said yet that the shower wasn't working. The blankets have already rolled down 500 times, it's like sleeping with peas. The air conditioner doesn't work normally, you turn it down to 25 degrees, up to 22 maximum, and that's it. There are no toiletries, ear sticks, razor, etc. You enter the room, the first thing that catches your eye is the fogged window. There are 2 broken mirrors in the hallway. In short, 3 maximum stars, there are no 5 stars here. The staff responds quickly and courteously. Breakfast....for 3.

A solid four , which is the double tree . There is a swimming pool and a restaurant on the 12th floor. There is a bar on the ground floor. The rooms are cleaned perfectly , the linen was changed 4 times in a week . Towels are changed every day. Excellent transport accessibility (metro and ferries ) the breakfasts are varied , everyone will find what they want. Of the cons: expensive, in my opinion, is not justified, but the view of the Bosphorus brightens everything up. They take a deposit of 200 euros - I don 't understand why , and they don 't understand themselves .To me, it 's a relic of the past . There is a long embankment nearby, a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and just cool places.

The constant smell of sewage, the air conditioner is not working properly, the torn duvet cover! And the most important thing is the toilet behind the transparent glass) so if you're not ready to be so close to your partner that he's watching you through the glass, then you definitely shouldn't come here. In my opinion, the hotel is not up to 5 stars. They will also ask you for a deposit at the reception, everyone has a different one, they charged us 300 euros, which no one warned us about in advance! When I asked what the deposit was for, they said for a mini bar, BUT THERE IS NO MINI BAR IN THE ROOM!!!

The curtains have not been washed, apparently, since the opening of this hotel, the allergic spouse felt it instantly, only deciding to pull them apart a little. And all this for a pretty good amount for 5 days of stay (we took 2 rooms), I think it is comparable to 2-3 weeks of accommodation in famous resorts in Turkey. I hope to never come to this hotel again, like Istanbul itself.
