The place itself is great, near the city of Kusadasi with good beaches, shopping is also great. Public transport runs regularly through the hotel to the city. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. You have to walk a lot up the stairs in the hotel, but the elevators are working. Pools are always with people) I liked it both times. The food is delicious, meat - chicken, beef, sea bass fish, a variety of sauces, cheeses, olives, snacks, side dishes - rice, bulgur, pasta, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, cabbage of various kinds. Lots of desserts, fruits - watermelon, melon, apples, pears, plums, oranges, grapefruits. There are many bars, they make cocktails, beer, wine (we drank pink). All the staff speaks Turkish and English, but there is a receptionist named Bakhtiyar who speaks Russian well. We lived in the Anex building, nice big rooms, we had a sea view. Towels were changed every day. The city of Kusadasi is about 10 minutes away by minibus, and they travel frequently.

We had a family vacation in late July and early August 2025. Well, if we had planned our vacation in advance and chosen a hotel based on reviews, then of course we would not have gone here. But we were traveling on a burning ticket and the choice was between a new hotel built in 2017 in Belek and a hotel built in 1971 in Kusadasi.😁 We chose the second one because we wanted to go to the Aegean Sea, and the price for these places was low: 9 days with departure from Moscow for 2 adults + 2 children (5 and 7 years old) – 280 thousand. What I liked: the location, the magnificent sunsets, the food, the cocktails, the views, the similarity to Greece, the proximity of the sights (Pamukkale is 2 hours away, Ephesus is 20 minutes away). What are the disadvantages: the hotel is really old. Some areas are simply abandoned. The gym is one name. All the simulators are disconnected from the power supply, there is no air conditioner, no one is cleaning. Yes, there was a renovation, but it took place in places, and the rooms have already been destroyed since then. Nevertheless, the linen is clean, the bathroom is comfortable, the TV is working. There are Russian channels, but the cartoons are only in Turkish. The room service is weird😄 They take out the trash and make the beds every day, towels are changed almost every day, linen was changed once, but never vacuumed or swept (carpet on the floor). When changing the linen, they took one bedspread and never returned it.🙈 At check–in, there were towels for three, we asked for one more thing - they brought it, but again a set for three. With each shift, we forgot that there were 4 of us. Soap, shampoo, shower gel on the wall in dispensers. I ran out of soap, but it was never added. Neither on request, nor for a tip (our hint remained on the dispenser)) About the room: we had a Club room (also called Anex room when booking), it is located in a separate building labeled Club room, 100 meters from the main entrance. The room is large, with a balcony, no view, we had access to the prom area at all - round-the-clock noise from ventilation, but when the door is closed you can't really hear it, especially since the air conditioner is also noisy. In short, solid white noise. They wanted to change it, but they told us to come back in a couple of days, of course they didn't want to move things anymore. The sleeping places are a double bed, a single bed and a cot with a mattress. Beach: access from the pier by stairs (with deck chairs) and a small area "from the ground". Medium and small pebbles and coarse sand. There are rocks in the water. The water is clear when reading, you can see the fish. The shells were all raked out, apparently not at all. Swimming with a mask is beautiful. There are sea urchins. The pools are clean. There is a loud one with music and animation, a bar nearby, there is a quiet one and a separate children's one. There are 2 large slides and several slides for very young children in the children's area. Animation: There is on the loud pool. In the evenings, 30 minutes of mini disco and then a "show", we found Turkish night, a circus with acrobats, a DJ and magic tricks. Then they repeat themselves in a circle. The children's area (playground) looks abandoned, our people weren't even interested in it, but sometimes the house was open and it seemed like they could leave it for a while to play, but we didn't even recognize it. The Internet is only available in the lobby and in the bar below it. It's very bad on the edge of the restaurant, but it catches) Overall, we are happy with our stay! There were no high expectations from the hotel, but in fact it turned out to be better than in the reviews two years ago. We stayed at this hotel in early August, generally not bad, but there are nuances that affect the picture in general, the most important thing for every tourist, I think, is the sea, of course, and the service, let's start with the sea, there is an approach to the sea in two carriages, from the piers and just like a mini beach, the bottom and there and it's rocky, and the stones are huge, because of this it hurts to step on, when descending into the water on the steps from the pier, my husband fell on the very first day and knocked off his feet, because the steps were covered with green snot from the water (the steps are not cared for or cleaned)on the last day before leaving, we went for a swim and saw that they nailed some kind of covering on them,but unfortunately not on the ones you need,so hold on to the railing tightly when descending, otherwise you may not get badly injured, the mini beach, which is rarely visited by people, is not equipped particularly for recreation,the approach is still rocky,there is a VIP zone (from it the descent is only on there are no steps on this mini beach, which is strange to me), the only plus is that there are sun beds with umbrellas on both piers, since there were not many people, the sun beds were free, it was not difficult to find a place there. Now about the hotel itself, the view of nature and sunset is simply gorgeous, if you want a balcony with a view or just a view from the window, then we advise you to pay extra for the tour itself or try to negotiate for $ 10-20 there, there are no balconies in the main building, there are balconies only in the neighboring building. You'll have to walk up the stairs a lot, or wait sooo long for the elevators. A huge disadvantage for Russian-speaking tourists, all the staff speaks Turkish or broken English, there were a couple of people who spoke broken Russian and sometimes did not understand what they were saying, in general they got out (thanks to the Yandex translator), the staff is generally friendly, trying to help somehow, room cleaning is limited only to changing towels and refueling we also put simple bottled water on the beds, for all 6 days we did not have a shower, did not dust or vacuum, after we gave the maid 200 lira, she vacuumed and dusted, apparently it costs even more to wash the shower stall. We were lucky that there was Wi-Fi in the room and we did not sit in the lobby to access the Internet, the air conditioning in the room was also working properly. Nutrition: in general, the dishes did not change much, +- the food is the same every day, but it seems you can eat, you signed up for a separate seafood dinner, the result was that my husband poisoned himself and lay around all night and day with vomiting and diarrhea (missed the tour because of this)I was passed over because I didn't really eat anything. The hotel is very old and it has obviously not been looked after for a long time, such little things as lamps on the street and the illumination of palm trees and flowers stupidly do not work, although I do not think that it is very expensive to fix the lamps, the hotel is apparently located on the outskirts of the city, there are no sensible shops nearby, if you want clothes or souvenirs you need to go on a minibus with a transfer to the center of a neighboring city, there is a shop in the hotel itself, it's funny that the prices there are not indicated for anything, as if the seller himself comes up with them in front of you, unfortunately we did not take cigarettes with us and had to buy from him, one pack costs $ 4 (400 rubles) The currency can be exchanged with dollars and euros for lira right at the hotel, we were lucky that we were able to exchange rubles, some guide came to the hotel and we were able to exchange rubles for lira, but he took 2000 rubles for the exchange (instead of 10 tons. he gave us 8 t.) either to go to the city center by minibus or taxi in exchange, an important point is if you go somewhere by taxi without the Uber app, be sure to ask the driver to turn on the meter, because they initially say the same price, and for some reason the price is higher upon arrival. The hotel has an entertainment program for adults in the pool during the day, all kinds of water games (all in Turkish) in the evening for children and adults, all in Turkish or broken English,national dances and songs, we didn't like it, maybe someone will come in, there are 4 pools at the hotel, for kids and adults, as well one of them has a mini aqua park.The impression of this holiday remained good only due to the fact that we visited excursions to Pomukkale and Ephesus (we recommend it to everyone!) and gorgeous views from the hotel itself (from the bar and the veranda for dinner). Prices for everything are very expensive, unfortunately there are no markets or bazaars nearby, only markets with high prices (obviously inflated for tourists).

And also, this hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel and they have a five-star sign, they have three stars here in Yandex, but I wouldn't even give one, well, okay, because of the view and location, maybe one star is deserved, but everything else is a nightmare…

We thought mosquitoes had been eating us for 8 days, so we decided to check the mattress and were horrified. Bedbugs are just disgusting and can be dangerous to your health. We were out of season, the room was replaced, we were very surprised at the reception. We went and immediately checked the mattress, and lo and behold, everything was covered in bedbug tracks again. Bullying! We went again, we were already given 3 rooms to check, although they were initially required to provide clean rooms, since 3 times there was a terribly dirty mattress with no bugs. The remaining 3 days we slept in our clothes and were afraid to bring them home. It really ruined the impression. The only advantage of the hotel is the views and nature. But health is more expensive, so I strongly advise you not to go here! Only after major repairs!

I had a vacation in September 2025. The food is average, there is plenty to choose from. Desserts are not delicious. The fruits were watermelon, melon, plums, apples, oranges (alternated, watermelon was always there) coffee from the coffee machine, not tasty. Black tea custard. There are no bags. Alcohol is like 3 stars. Waiters and bartenders are not neat, dirty clothes. The forks and knives on the table were not always clean. Tables are wiped with a dirty cloth that should have been thrown away long ago. The restaurant floors are puddled after the rain. The rooms are normal. There is no clothes dryer. There is no kettle in the room, and the refrigerator is empty. Two bottles of water are supplied every day. The linen has not been changed even once for 9 nights!!! Towels were changed. The beach is a separate song. Sun beds and mattresses are not cleaned at night. And when you come to the beach (and it rained 3 times), the mattresses are wet and smelly. The bartender on the beach was working bare-chested. There's dirt everywhere!!! The elevators are not working, which go down to the beach. Descent into the sea by stairs (attached photo), the Russian guys patched the steps themselves. There is nothing near the hotel, you can only walk or take a minibus to Kusadasi. I don't recommend using the word hotel at all, even for a penny.

The room is clean, very large, cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, bottles of water were brought to the room every day. The air conditioner was working properly, I turned it off at night, as it was getting completely cold. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious! I can't say anything about meat, tasty or not, because I don't eat meat, but vegetables, fruits, everything is very tasty and varied. There are a lot of types of olives, cheeses… There are also a lot of pastries and everything is delicious. There was fish for lunch and dinner every day, not bad, but it was sometimes bony. But it's not scary. There were a lot of children who were ill-mannered and injured food on the floor in the restaurant, because of this the floor was sticky in places, but then the staff cleaned everything! The dishes were clean, yes, there were a couple of times that there were not enough forks / knives, but after a couple of minutes they were brought. I never went to the restaurant to eat at the beginning, because there were a lot of people and there was nowhere to sit, I came an hour after the start of the meal. I took a yacht tour, I really liked it, especially the Greek island of Samos! I also took a boat ride from the hotel, which is also very cool. (or it's more convenient for them, but that's another story..) - the staff is not interested in helping to resolve any issues. - the hotel has lost its original gloss, slight fatigue is present. And now about the pleasant: - the location of the hotel is the embodiment of an ingenious and ambitious idea. Surrounded by rocks in the bay, it stands like a fortress. And in whatever location of the hotel you would not be everywhere, the grandeur of the mountains and the sea breeze open to the eye, the bay in which there is no one else except the vacationers of the hotel. - the food is at the level that can be assessed as decent. Bottled alcohol, draft beer. - Kusadasi can be reached by dolmusha in 7 minutes; or walk, the road takes about 25 minutes. There are many souvenir shops in the city, stalls littered with "ala brand" things and accessories. I recommend walking along the embankment, looking at pigeon island and taking a boat trip by sea for only three euros. It is definitely worth taking the time to visit the ancient city of Ephesus, which is 30 minutes from the hotel. In general, we remember this holiday only from the best side, and we were very satisfied.

The only time they know about excursions is when the bus will arrive to pick you up for the tour. Victoria is a masterpiece in her arrogance (I don't even want to talk about fatigue when working with people, such behavior is unacceptable). When you work with people, you need to take off the crown, as well as the porcelain mask. Some kind of media personality was also driving on the tour, apparently under duress. She knows nothing, does not take any action, does not have information, she is a "ferryman". The agent did not introduce the hotel in any way, given that no one speaks Russian at all at the hotel, only English and Turkish. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked into the room and the whole nightmare began, to hell with the old furniture, but the fact that the cleaning was so poorly done, the stains from the mugs on the table were tin, I don't say anything about towels, this pain of any hotels, that 3 is the most luxurious 5. I do not understand what the problem is to check textiles and dispose of the one that is no longer washable. The only plus of the room, we had a beautiful view of the sea, and as a compliment there was a bowl of fruit, since it was my birthday. A bathroom with a shower, which is easier to burn, there is mold everywhere, a toilet lid, it is easier to throw it into acid than to wash it. The dining room, everything is deplorable there too, dirty dishes, I don't know how they wash it, as if they put it in a huge container and water it with a hose, what is washed away is washed away, what is not, and so it will do. Disgusting sticky plastic chairs, which can also be replaced with something more decent and not expensive. In general, the dining room is wildly dirty. The food is surprisingly not bad. Meat, chicken are cooked deliciously, the ruba is delicious, the desserts are pleasant, because last year at the other hotel, it was all very bad. The food is quite varied, there are no complaints about it. The closed pizzas were very tasty, of course they flew like hot pies. Cocktails are delicious, alcohol is more or less normal. The hotel grounds are generally not bad, but these scary old plastic sun beds with worn and dirty mattresses are fascinating. The pools are clean, the water is warm in them, there are slides, there seem to be only 4 pools, everything is poured in the evening, the sunbeds are washed. Animation, daytime and evening. The beach itself, on the side of the cliff, is more or less, but nothing is washed there, so there are terribly dirty tables and sun beds that are unpleasant to touch just to move. On the other side, I'm generally silent, everything is even worse there. I love cleanliness, so this hotel was a place of torment for me. But the views are certainly very beautiful. Since this is the Aegean coast, be prepared that there will be no Russian-speaking staff, there are a lot of foreigners and Turks.
