We lived in this hotel in the third building, we arrived from there a week ago. We lived in room 627. The room is good, there is everything you need, but it is impossible to go out on the balcony - everything is in pigeon droppings. And no one is cleaning it up. Because of this, even the rooms have a terrible smell. Moreover, there is such dirt on almost all the balconies of the hotel! The pools are good, the water is lovely. Especially on the roof of the seventh building. I didn't like the food in the restaurant. There is not even a simple scrambled egg for breakfast. There are pastries. Delicious juices. But one circumstance overshadowed. After breakfast, we wanted to take some cupcakes to the room. But the restaurant workers swooped down like vultures with menacing faces and began to yell at the whole restaurant that you can't take anything with you! We were shocked! We have already traveled to many countries and there is no such thing anywhere. You can take it everywhere, put it on a plate and take it with you to the room and no one said a word or forbade it. And here, in such a rich country, they are ashamed and shaking that their vacationers took some three cupcakes from them!!! Is the owner of this hotel really that greedy?! We wanted to sit in the pool cafe on the first floor in the evening (there are paid cocktails there), but to be honest, it was even a pity to pay them money. And we went to another cafe. In general, the impression of the hotel is bad. I would like to advise the owner of the hotel not to disgrace his country and not to behave like beggars and ill-mannered!

We visited this hotel with a friend in January 2020. I liked everything about the hotel, except its location. Noticeably away from two metro stations, and there is not a single shop nearby where you could buy at least a bottle of water. I definitely recommend to visit for those who are not afraid of the remoteness from the metro. Of course, it's not fatal, it's useful to walk, but you need to keep in mind. The hotel left a positive impression. The room had everything except a balcony clothes dryer. Stove, microwave, iron - everything worked properly. Daily and high-quality cleaning. From the roof where the pool is located, you can see the golden frame and the Burj Khalifa. In the pool, the water is heated, which was important. The restaurant has food for every taste. A pleasant hotel with an optimal price-quality ratio.

We had a family vacation in November.The hotel is not bad, everything is there. the linen, in my opinion, was not changed except for towels. it's a problem to sign up for the beach, we took a taxi to La Mer (I liked the beach.but it's expensive to go back and forth 400r)The big disadvantage should be attributed to the meal schedule, especially lunch from 13 -14 hours missed a lot of lunches.then b13 is not ready yet. then everything is already cleaned up in the room.but in general everything is fine
