We are vacationing in Istanbul and decided to visit a Michelin-starred restaurant. Why the restaurant got it is not very clear. The food is ordinary, yes it's delicious, but I didn't see anything unique. The service is terrible! The waiter, who was not smiling at all and could not recommend anything to us, he also rolled his eyes openly, because, you see, we took a long time to choose.. As everywhere else in Istanbul, the same water is brought to you, even though you did not order it and naturally it is included in the bill. There are no tablecloths or napkins on the tables (this is normal in Istanbul, but not in Michelin). The only cool thing here is the view, it's really beautiful, the establishment is located by the Bosphorus Bridge right by the water.

The hall itself is nice, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, you can go out to the Pier in front of the palace, and from there go straight to the restaurant. Everything seems to be great for events, but there is a small nuance. The main entrance is not closed to guests, people freely enter the building to exit from the other side (near the Bosphorus) and take a beautiful photo shoot. And no matter how, but this hall does not have a separate room for the buffet area and the tea area has to be made in the entrance area, there are snacks and people from the street. It's not very comfortable. Moreover, some people do not deny themselves the pleasure of trying some treats that are laid out for the participants of the event. It looks like an inevitability and it is impossible to deal with it, it must be taken into account when choosing this place.

За то, что вам налили воду в стаканы как только вы сели и принесли хлебную корзину с оливками в масле вы заплатите 250 лир с человека! Заранее вас об этом не предупреждают и не спрашивают надо оно вообще вам или нет. Ещё в счет обязательно включат 12% за сервис, об этом тоже никто не говорит и нигде не написано. Всё это было бы ок, если бы предупредили заранее, а так ты рассчитываешь на одну сумму, по факту другая. Ставлю одну звезду за красивый вид и одну звезду за +-вкусную еду. Меню только электронное, состав блюда не указан, только название.
