On 12/13/2025 at 12:44 p.m., I wanted to buy a sunscreen for the promotion, I clarified why the discount was and what the expiration date was. I was told: either until March, or until April. The employee went to double-check on my initiative and said, "The month of March." I paid at the checkout, trusting the employee, but decided to make sure — as it turned out, the date was before 02.2026. The store staff tried to convince me that "until February" is inclusive. It's very scary to hear this from pharmacists who have studied for more than 5 years in medical school, it's scary when pharmacy staff don't understand, or they wanted to cheat in the hope of selling the product. For me, this is an excess of incompetence, or an attempt at deception. I will write a complaint anyway, so that this issue can be considered on a completely different level. Be vigilant and healthy!

We didn't even leave the cash register)) "And then they will have to pay out of their own pocket." The refund was not made. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy, a pharmacy employee came up and offered to help, I asked what shampoos are available for seborrheic dermatitis? What confused me was the pharmacist's look at my head. 🙄She looked closely and did not find even a hint of seborrhea, decided to clarify who needed shampoo.🤔 after receiving the answer, the pharmacist wanted to offer a shampoo brand ducray (one of the expensive lines),but I said that I had already tried, it does not help. The pharmacist hesitated, I asked, what other shampoos are there for seborrhea? At the same time, I did not ask for advice, to tell about the compositions, etc. just to show what they are and that's it, I would have chosen it myself. But they told me that there was nothing else! And she added, and in general it should be prescribed by a doctor. That is, they wanted to offer me ducray shampoo without a doctor's appointment , but since I asked for other options , there's nothing right away. I'm shocked. I went to another pharmacy chain, where they could help me. If I go to the Mandarin shopping center, I will avoid the Planet of Health pharmacy.
