This is no longer a Dissident, this is Lumi. A beautiful place, cozy and that's it! The waiters are sleepy flies, the administrator can't decide anything, there is a oak tree in the hall, the hood is working and it blows from there like from a conder. There are dirty dishes on the bar, you come to pay, and there are dirty dishes there. The waiters do not watch the tables, they came up 2-3 times during the whole evening and that's it. The food is more or less normal, but the portions are not large. Obviously we won't come again.
