The hotel is wonderful! Just don't take an economy room, book from the standard and you will be lucky) The view from the balcony is better than many five-star hotels! The breakfasts are normal, you won't go hungry, there are eggs/ cheese/ sausage / vegetables, it's enough for breakfast) Another very important plus is a shower! the pressure is such that it breaks through the brains of girls with thick and long hair, this will be a necessary fact) and the hotel staff are just wonderful people! I checked in at 9:30 p.m., said I would like to have a snack, and asked where there was a cafe nearby. Cafes are all within walking distance. But oh, Rustam said he could arrange room service for me within 10-15 minutes. And I 'm tired after the trip , I don 't have to go somewhere . We chose a hotel based on reviews and did not lose! The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions. The rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds and everything you need. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen in the whole world. And I was over 20, lived in Asia for 11 years. 1. When booking, I specifically paid an extra 25 meters to the room. It is impossible to call the kennel that we were given a room at all. 2. We tried to resolve the issue with the staff, but they sent us to the place where we booked. They tried to resolve the issue, but without the hotel's consent, it is impossible to refund the payment and move out. The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul next to Suleymaniye Square, just 10 minutes through the back streets. The way to the hotel is difficult because you have to climb steeply uphill, then downhill, and so on several times. The hotel apparently shares rooms with the Miklagord Hotel, where we had a reservation. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the Russian-speaking staff. I immediately showed you where the Wi-Fi is. Then he gave me a brochure with guided tours, but thank God he didn't insist on them. Arriving at the hotel at 13:50, we were not checked in, the room was supposedly cleaned, we need to wait. In order not to wait 10 minutes, we were offered to pay an additional $ 10 so that we could have a room with a window and a sea view, and if we did not pay extra, our room would be in the basement without a window, as it is provided for in the economy version. We refused because we just had to spend the night. As a result, after 10 minutes we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a window. It is unclear what this bluff was about. The room has two single beds, a TV (there are no Russian channels on it), a refrigerator without drinks, a toilet with a shower. The room itself is nice and clean. There's a very old white plaque on the faucets in the bathroom, and I just want to give them a sanox. But it's still clean. There is a hairdryer, shower gel, toilet paper. The next day in the morning we left, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception until the evening. Therefore, in general, the hotel is not bad. A minus star for an incomprehensible bluff and a raid on the taps and that there is no drinking water.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen! But everything is in order: the windows of the room overlook the abandoned building, the curtains have not been washed for 10 years, just gray and black. The room is so small that my friend and I were constantly bumping into each other! There is mold everywhere in the toilet and shower, there are no shelves (everything is broken) Even the door handle is all broken! There are no mugs, no tea, no coffee, no kettle in the room. I want to share my opinion about this hotel. I'm very disappointed! I looked at the reviews in Booking before choosing this hotel, the photos are beautiful, but everything is very sad.The room is tiny, with two beds, but it seems like it's for children, you're afraid to turn over on your side at night so as not to fall off, although I'm slim, the towels were changed daily, but they're so gray that they probably never bleached, and besides, they're leaky and smelly, the windows haven't been washed for probably a year, like the tulle! At the reception, the boys do not solve any problems, there was one of the days when the water was turned off from early morning until 12 at night, so imagine what amenities there could be, even if it was impossible to go to the toilet, and the boys threw up their hands, saying that we could not help! The only one in the hotel was a friendly and friendly cook in the kitchen, Dilbar, but this poor guy apparently had nothing to cook from, the breakfast was monotonous and meager, we didn't even go to breakfast afterwards! And yet, the only plus is the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance of many attractions! Although there are many hotels in the area with a lower price! We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We didn't choose the hotel ourselves, we had a tour (it was just a 3* star rating). The only advantage is the location. Well, tomorrow for 3 out of 5 (eggs, finely chopped sausages, cucumbers/tomatoes, olives, sirtaks, tea/coffee, dry cream - everything. I've been to 3* hotels in different countries and just didn't expect this. No omelets, scrambled eggs, porridges, cottage cheese, etc., no baking (just white sliced bread). The rooms are terrible, the cleaning is disgusting (never washed, towels are stained), there is not a single shelf or hanger in the bathroom. There is no chair in the room. The audibility is terrible. The room itself is tiny. And that was the standard!!! Not an economy. Breakfast started very late (8.30). No water on the floors (only paid drinks at the reception). They asked for a kettle and gave it to me. They bought water. Tea too. And if you look into the battery, there's just such a layer of dust...🙈

We booked 2 rooms with friends at the nearby Stone Hotel across the Island, but upon arrival, for some reason there were no rooms there, although they were paid and confirmed. We had to move into this Divas after a 3-hour showdown with the Island.... The hotel is clean for the night, the rooms are tiny, the plumbing is broken, the dining room is dirty and untidy, the breakfasts are excellent.modest, the cheapest instant coffee. The guys at the reception are responsive, there are Russian speakers. The hotel is on Sultanahmet, which means that all the paths lead downhill or downhill, you will definitely pump up your ass. The hotel will do for a couple of nights if you have paid inexpensively.... We paid dearly (as for Stone) and we didn't like it. Before the trip, we looked at photos of the hotel and read reviews. Despite some bad comments, we decided to try to live here. Don't make our mistakes. Nowhere has it been this bad. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a room in the basement, with a low window overlooking the courtyard, where locals sit and smoke in the evenings, i.e. it is impossible to open the window. The room is cold, damp and dirty. Of course, there is nothing to do with photos from booking services, it's just the wrong number. To our arguments that this was the wrong room and the request to relocate, the administrator shrugged and offered to move to another room for $150 (not bad, right?) We were moved to the top floor, to a room with a beautiful view, but the positive moments ended there. The rooms have old, leaky bed linen (I'm attaching a photo), a broken TV and refrigerator, leaky towels with some stains (it's obvious that they've been washed, but unfortunately this is not enough, the stains are visible, it's very unpleasant to use such a thing. There is no kettle or glasses. In the bathroom, everything is simple: a rickety toilet, a shower with moldy walls, a sink, a hair dryer in electrical tape (they were afraid to use it), an old mirror and holders for toothbrush glasses, without glasses of course. There is very little storage space for three people. There is a traditional Turkish breakfast prepared by a very nice woman. What is included in the breakfast from the hotel: tea/coffee/water, spiced potatoes, pasta with sauce, casserole, bread, packaged margarine, jam and shock.pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, two types of cheese, sausages, ham and boiled eggs. Everything except the hot water was cold, because the dining room was unheated and everything cooled down very quickly in the cold air without heating. Cleaning: we cleaned every day or every other day, the cleaning included changing two trash cans, sweeping the floor and putting "new" towels. We also found uninvited guests in the form of ants who lived in the closet and under the table. Conclusion: if we had seen real photos when viewing the hotel on booking services, then this place would definitely not have been chosen. Despite the fact that we are not at all picky tenants, it was very unpleasant and sad to live here, especially considering how much we paid extra for the room "without anything". I strongly do not recommend staying here. If there was an opportunity, we would have escaped from there on the day of arrival. You can find much better things for this money. Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances! Don't believe good reviews like we did. I'm not a pretentious tourist, but this is really the worst thing I've seen. You can read the details below. 1. The check-in was specially paid for a day more, as we arrived early in the morning; we wrote to the hotel in advance that we would check in the next day in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us to wait until 2 p.m. for check-in, then when we pointed out that we had paid for the previous day, they immediately changed their shoes and said that there were problems with our room that day and offered to go to another hotel before lunch or stay in an economy room. We stayed in the economy room because we didn't have the energy to go anywhere else after a sleepless night. The economy room is a disaster: it stinks of cigarettes, it's dirty, cramped, and there are no windows... It's good that the room was prepared for us in a couple of hours, but then another problem began, see point 2.2. When booking, we chose a standard room with 2 separate beds, when we entered the room, it was completely different from what was in the picture + it had one bed. The receptionist told us that such a number was indicated by the Island in the booking and showed the information. Ostrov replied that the hotel could provide any standard room, depending on availability, BUT the hotel did not know anything about the fact that we needed a room with two beds. Apart from the fact that we chose a room with 2 beds when booking, including what we indicated in the booking comment, the hotel did not receive this comment at all. But there were still problems in the room itself, see point 3. 3. The room is dead from the word at all. The room is very dirty (there is dirt in the corners of the room + an empty bottle was lying under the bedside table), cramped, heavy air. The whole hotel is not very clean. 4. As a result, we only stayed at the hotel for one night, as we urgently booked another hotel. Ostrovok did not return the money for the hotel to us.

All those who write a VERY GOOD hotel ..You must have been at another hotel!!!! We checked into the room and immediately asked if it was possible to pay extra for an improved room. They said no. They were only moved to another room for an additional fee. The rest was ruined right away, and there were many days ahead.We moved THREE times. There were ants in the last room.... The plumbing is dead, the toilets are loose... Breakfast. It's colder in the dining room than outside. It's uncomfortable. Broken plates.There are no appliances, plates, etc. in sufficient quantity. The breakfast itself is standard If you like boiled eggs... they are always there. I had an omelet and fried potatoes a couple of times in 10 days... and so only sliced cheese,sausage, vegetables and sausages. Last year, we lived in a much better hotel on the next street, although it was about the same category. But the linen and towels were snow-white. The room was well cleaned.Unfortunately, there were no available rooms for our dates. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. We live here with disgust.
