Woman Academy is just love for life ❤ You come here not only for the result (although it certainly exists), but also for the thrill of the process. It's very easy to go from "when is this training going to end?" to "I'm waiting for Monday to train" 😄 Strength training with such energy from trainers that even the toughest load takes place in one breath! Stretching and Pilates are a separate kind of pleasure and a perfect reboot. A wide variety of destinations, top trainers, stylish and aesthetic space. How much soul, energy and love is invested in this studio - it's really felt in everything here. This is not just a fitness studio, but a place of power. Honestly, I don't know where in Almaty it could be better.

A great wellness space for women. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable lockers, sofas, coolers with water, towels, body and hair care cosmetics, dyson hair dryer, iron!!! Great women's fitness studio! A large selection of group programs — you can always choose a workout to suit your mood and level of preparation. The coaches are professional, attentive and really know how to motivate. Very pleasant atmosphere: friendly girls, beautiful and comfortable space. A separate plus is comfortable showers and high—quality shower cosmetics, and customer care is felt. I've been walking for two months now and I see real results, which is especially encouraging. And, of course, a huge plus is that the studio is only for girls, it creates special comfort and confidence. I recommend 💖
