This is our dining room. There are various national and European dishes: steak, langette, Uighur lagman, shurva, pilaf, tandoor somsa, manti, Uzbek salads and kebabs. My brother cooks all European food. He worked at the Zamin restaurant, where the most delicious European dishes are prepared. People here respect each other very much and are friendly.
