Hello. On 12.02.2026, I visited the Modcell branch in Varnitsa. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. The employee allowed himself inappropriate communication, was rude and refused to help me figure out the mobile application, despite the fact that I asked for advice and this is their job. I would like to note separately that not all clients live in your region and come specifically to connect services. In my case, the visit required personal time, but instead of the expected help, I faced a negative attitude. I consider such an attitude to clients unacceptable. I ask you to check on this fact and take appropriate measures. I hope for feedback and improved service quality, as such situations negatively affect the company's reputation and may lead to loss of customers.
