Nice hotel with good room facilities and roof top, good choice for breakfast. Location is not good, really not close to city center, need to take car to go anywhere

It would have been a great hotel if we hadn't been robbed in it. When I went to breakfast and left things unattended for 30 minutes. I didn't put the money in the safe because I had to go shopping with them after breakfast. I found that some of the money was missing only in the store and immediately wrote a letter to the hotel. after a while, the WhatsApp manager contacted me and said they would look at the cameras. A few hours later, he texted me that they hadn't found anything. I understood that no one had entered the room. but 2 days later, I found a report in the mail that while I was at breakfast, a cleaner came into the room for 3 minutes. when I returned from breakfast, there was no cleaning. they just questioned her and she naturally said she hadn't taken anything. they didn't call the police and inform me about it directly on WhatsApp.

A wonderful hotel, corresponds to the level of 5 stars, good service, cleaning efficiently and on time, lived in a standard room, there was enough space, there is a balcony, one of the best sushi restaurants in Istanbul is located downstairs-very tasty.
