We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, the interior is very nice, everything is clean... but... the service leaves much to be desired! Firstly, they simply forgot to mark the $200 deposit, so the waiter was wildly knocking on the door at one o'clock in the morning and demanding payment.. The receptionist apologized several times, but it didn't bring back the sleepless night! as a result, we made a discount of 600 thousand liras from the account of 2600 😂 Secondly, when we checked into the room, it turned out that we had one towel and one bathrobe for two people) yes, they brought it on request, but it was clear that there were two of us when booking and checking in) Secondly, the hair dryer broke twice.. The second time, they made a surprised face like that.. and the hair dryer just works, works and turns off, apparently from overheating. as a result, they dried with a dyson without a drying nozzle, because they did not expect that there would be trouble with a hairdryer in the hotel. Fourthly, you can't go to the spa in the pool without a cap, well, OK, we asked for a disposable one, but they said no, we should buy regular hats from them, but the hammam is great, we had a good time! Yes, as a bonus, we had a free check-out for 2 hours, but the sediment remained from disorganization.

It would have been a great hotel if we hadn't been robbed in it. When I went to breakfast and left things unattended for 30 minutes. I didn't put the money in the safe because I had to go shopping with them after breakfast. I found that some of the money was missing only in the store and immediately wrote a letter to the hotel. after a while, the WhatsApp manager contacted me and said they would look at the cameras. A few hours later, he texted me that they hadn't found anything. I understood that no one had entered the room. but 2 days later, I found a report in the mail that while I was at breakfast, a cleaner came into the room for 3 minutes. when I returned from breakfast, there was no cleaning. they just questioned her and she naturally said she hadn't taken anything. they didn't call the police and inform me about it directly on WhatsApp.
