For three months he stayed at the Cosmonaut Hotel in Karaganda as part of a long-term business trip, and during this time the hotel has become a truly comfortable and reliable place to live and work. The main thing to note is stability and service. When you live in a hotel not for a few days, but for months, cleanliness, silence, convenience and the attitude of the staff are very important. At Cosmonaut, everything is at a high level. The check-in was quick, without unnecessary bureaucracy, and with any questions or requests, the staff always met us halfway and solved everything promptly. The room was spacious, bright and well equipped. A comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, stable Wi-Fi — everything you need for a comfortable life. A separate plus is high—quality cleaning: regularly, neatly and without a formal approach. During the entire stay, there was not a single question about cleanliness. I would like to highlight the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. After a day at work, this is especially valuable — you can really relax and recover. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors and the city noise do not interfere. The food also left a positive impression. The breakfasts are varied and hearty, the dishes are fresh, the restaurant staff is polite and attentive. For a long stay, the menu did not bother, which is rare for hotels. The location of the hotel is convenient — it is easy to get to key points of the city, there are shops and necessary services nearby. At the same time, the hotel itself creates a sense of comfort and privacy, which is especially important on a business trip. As a result, I can say with confidence that the Cosmonaut Hotel is perfect for long-term stays and business trips. Comfort, cleanliness, adequate value for money and the human attitude of the staff make it one of the best options in Karaganda. If I find myself here for work again, I will choose this hotel again without hesitation and boldly recommend it to my colleagues.

The rooms are quiet, excellent sound insulation Everything is clean, tidy, and the Wi-Fi works great. Even after canceling the flight, we returned to this hotel without hesitation. A cool area with a swimming pool, sauna, everything was very pleasant The breakfasts are good! We are also surprised by the quality of cooking and the format of serving dishes, because there is a Michelin-starred brand chef here! The hotel complex is very cozy. There is everything: comfortable luxury and junior suites, an updated Zhuldyz restaurant with a buffet breakfast with a wide range, and a distinctive feature of the 5* hotel is a fitness center with a swimming pool. The sauna is not big, but it is comfortable. The main thing is to have a good night's sleep, because the Windows overlook the park area.

Excellent location, in a quiet area. Nice rooms. The heating is good, the interior is quite cozy. There are many rooms with balconies. You can put 2 bottles of water as a compliment. One is missing. I think it's time to review the breakfast menu. He's good, but not great. In general, everything is fine! But there is space to work before the assessment is excellent. The tea table is not updated, i.e. there is coffee, tea, sugar upon arrival, and everything the next day and after, a new set will not be brought. A trifle, but not very comfortable. I'm shooting a star.

We were greeted at the highest level in this wonderful hotel! The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the staff helped with all our questions and even anticipated our desires. I even find it difficult to single out someone. Everyone from doormen and maids to waiters and receptionists did everything for our comfort. The hotel has an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility.

An old 4-star hotel. It was 04/15/2025, the mobile network is not catching, and wi-fi is extremely unstable. Espresso in the lobby bar at 2, when I was drinking, I thought I was drinking Turkish coffee (you know what taste I mean). The smell in the lobby is too heavy and the staff is all sullen. I do not recommend staying here, it does not correspond to the level 5***** even if it's local.

A large hotel is almost in the center of Karaganda. I must say right away, it is far from cheap, breakfast is included in the room rate. The room is large and spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed, pillow and blanket) The room has everything you need: bath accessories, bathrobe, slippers, cloths, water. Air conditioning, TV. The only thing that was not in the room was a refrigerator. As for breakfast: the choice is acceptable, the food is delicious. By the way, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that many foreigners stayed at the hotel. The British were definitely there, a whole delegation. After talking with them, it became clear to me that the guys had come not just to see the city, but to discuss business issues. In general, you can meet a wide variety of foreign guests at the hotel, which means that the hotel level is 5+.Keep it up! :)

Of the advantages: The hall of the hotel is good, there are no unpleasant smells, breakfasts are 4 out of 5. Of the minuses: the room is ordinary for such money, there is no bottled water, there is no minibar, I asked to bring water, but they never brought it, documents for legal entities are written out once a week. Fitness center, swimming pool, sun terrace, sauna, massage. Minuses: 1. There are no kettles in the rooms. 2. There are no irons and ironing boards in the rooms. 3. There are unsafe balconies in the old building (any neighbor can climb on the left and right). 4. The balconies are COVERED with birds to death (probably there is no cleaning). 5. There are outdated, complex safes in the old building. The main problem: COMMUNICATION with the staff (reception, booking department). Three working days were spent trying to a) try to get answers to questions about the hotel's services and opening hours in writing; b) try to find a number where at least someone would answer the phone. As a result, INCORRECT information was received verbally!

Good pressure is only in the last shower room. On the downside, sometimes there are a lot of people, especially when group classes are held.

Where did you find 5 stars? As much as in the review, so much in the hotel. A well-publicized place with purchased reviews. I came for work. A small conference room, like a pressure chamber, a household air conditioner cannot cope. There is no ventilation. The rooms are tiny, with a large bathroom with a small, slippery shower cabin. Towels had to be begged for, someone turned on the air conditioner in the room and took the remote control with them. The ironing room is not working, they say there are no ironing boards. Breakfasts for 3 +, for lunch they brought a hodgepodge, barely warm, the staff was not experienced, abandoned to the mercy of the guests. The price does not match the quality and service. 3 stars.
