5 stars does not pull from the word at all. A weak three. Let's start in order.
1. One hanger in the room.
2. There is no gel from the shower accessories.
3. There is no kettle in the room, as well as a cooler on the floor. Stock up on water.
4. Tulle on the windows is missing in all rooms. From the rooms next door, and in the neighboring rooms, you can see everything. So you have to live with curtained windows, and there is not enough light.
5. It's funny to talk about it, but it's a fact, there is no brush in the toilet.
Plus+ the food is very tasty, but this is a huge plus for the restaurant and the chefs, it has nothing to do with the stars.

There is a terrible smell of cigarette smoke on the floor and it penetrates into the room. 3. The doors in the shower cabin do not have sufficient sealing, there are puddles on the floor after taking a shower. The air conditioning in the room is not working. During the period of temperature changes, it is very cool, central heating is not in a hurry to turn on.
The hall is not big and there are always a lot of people, due to the fact that they let them in from the street. The pool, the water is warm - it's unusual. But someone might like it. The sauna is small.
The staff is always smiling, they will listen to you, but they are not in a hurry to solve the issue.
In general, if it is suitable for 2-3 days to spend the night. But not for a long stay.
