A very, very good and cozy guest house, which there is a desire to return to! Very warm and friendly attitude. The room is very comfortable, with a great opportunity to decompose things. The amazing cleanliness of both the room and the bedding.There is a spacious summer kitchen, air conditioners everywhere. A picturesque courtyard. The location is quite acceptable, 500 m from the sea, near a wonderful cafe, dining room, Pyaterochka, market, city mall. People who know the routes can walk to the center in half an hour. It's also not expensive to rent a car. For trips on excursions. We really liked it. Thanks to Leva and Asa, very good-natured people.

It's a very cozy place to come back to again. The hospitality is excellent. Anyone who wants to relax comfortably and close to the sea, come to Leva and Hasmik. A separate house with its own courtyard is just a fairy tale. We are still vacationing here, but we don't want to leave at all.

It's love at first sight ,everything is super,very cozy and beautiful courtyard,good rooms ,excellent hosts Lev and AsyaYou are the best ,I have not drunk such coffee as Asya brews in Turkey 🤣The market is nearby for 3 minutes,the beach is 7 minutes,I really liked everything next year to you 🩷

I had a rest with Leva and Asi in June. Very convenient location: 500 meters to the sea, a bazaar, a cafe are all nearby. The room is clean and cozy. There is a kitchen, a lot of dishes. The territory is not large, but there are a lot of flowers, there are swings, lounge chairs, a huge aquarium with fish. The hosts are responsive and very nice people. In October I'm going to Gagra again and I don't hesitate to stop here.

I want to refute the previous review. We rested in September from the 21st to the 26th. Very beautiful, well-groomed territory. Clean, cozy rooms. Convenient location, near the market, cafes, shops. 7 minutes to the sea. I recommend a bakery near the market, very tasty salads and pastries. Hospitable, hospitable hosts Asya and Leva. We rested in the second half of September. We were looking for a place to relax by location, not far from the sea and the market. And quite by chance we found this wonderful place. Cleanliness, order, convenience of location of all areas (for recreation, 2 kitchens). A great place to relax. Very convenient location: 5 minutes to the central market, 7 minutes to a sparsely populated good beach, many canteens, shops, cafes within walking distance (2-10 minutes). A quiet street. A very cozy garden with tropical plants. Beautiful view of the mountains. Neat clean rooms with comfortable mattresses and clean linen. The rooms are cozy and air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A large number of swings, rocking chairs, sun loungers. Everyone can comfortably sit down and spend a wonderful evening with a glass of wine. And the most amazing thing is the lovely hosts who greet guests with smiles, attention and warmth. Thank you for your warmth and comfort, which made Gagra one of my favorite places!

In 15 years of my vacation, this is the worst vacation in this guest house. The hostess Asya does not behave very nicely in relation to vacationers. The rooms are dirty. The dishes are all dirty too. In general, if you want to have a good rest, then you are not here. I do not recommend it!
