Chamber music. Calm. Very good service. Attentive staff. It's perfect with children here. The sea is a quiet backwater. It can be noisy only on weekends, but strictly at certain times. In general, the hotel meets all the standards of a good hostess.*

Great beach club! Very comfortable deck chairs, a magnificent swimming pool. A fairly large green area. There are minor maintenance issues, but generally uncritical. I highly recommend it, especially good with children. Tuesdays and Fridays are ladies day.

My favorite hotel on the palm tree! We were greeted warmly with drinks. Because we arrived early, we were offered to relax by the pool first. But literally 20 minutes later our room was ready! Room - a full-fledged three-room apartment, three bathrooms, kitchen, terrace 🔥🔥🔥 The pool is temperature controlled, very comfortable. The beach is nearby, the water is clean The breakfast food is delicious and varied The territory is green, very beautiful

Unfortunately, the hotel falls far short of the 5-star level and, in general, attracts only due to the location and brand. A very old hotel that has been in need of renovation for a long time. The service can be rated at 4. Good breakfast, nice pool area, private beach. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurants and bars are very mediocre. The rooms are decorated in an oriental style, more reminiscent of Turkish hotels somewhere in Antalya. You can stop once, but no more. She definitely wouldn't have come back a second time.

One of the best places in Dubai, though very expensive. Great beach, great service, great view, great location – on Palm Jumeirah. Drinks and anything else you want will be brought directly to your sunbed while you calmly sunbathe. It is a very beautiful hotel, very richly decorated, strictly speaking, like all hotels of this class in Dubai. I really liked it! I don't recommend it because of the price. There are completely similar hotels for a price that is much lower than in this one.

A great place for a quiet holiday with your family. The staff, service, and food are excellent. There is a beach, but there is a place for swimming, a small lagoon with standing water. Fences on the water emit a terrible rubbery smell. It has nothing to do with the sea. The hotel is quite worn out.

Among the advantages: delicious food, the beach, large spacious rooms. Cons: the rooms are boring, and there are not enough sun beds by the pool and on the beach when fully occupied. The territory is quite small. The main disadvantage is that the floors are marble and at night or at 7:00 they start moving furniture upstairs, it's very audible!!!! Also, if the room has a view of the bay, then cars can be heard.

The hotel is a solid four. Polite staff. For breakfast, regular water is provided for free, but for dinner it is already sold for 40 dirhams. They are not allowed to take water with them. Also, water is not distributed near the pool during the day (we went to the other hotel nearby, where cold water was distributed to everyone). If it weren't for these minor issues with water, then everything would be fine.

This is a great hotel. Lovely rooms. Very helpful Russian-speaking reception. It's beautiful inside the hotel. There are a lot of sun loungers on the sea, clean coarse sand, a gentle approach to the sea, although the buoys are located quite close to the shore. But there is an anti-jellyfish net.

This hotel is as Kempinski as the hotel at the train station.The rooms stink of mold, there are nasty people with glued smiles on the counter who can't solve a single problem, and there are always events for 300 or even 700 people in the glades in front of the hotel.(I'm not exaggerating) with blaring music and the stink of braziers.All the management of the hotel are Egyptians, it is unclear who is there from the real Kempinski, in general.And, the icing on the cake, there are hundreds of people on the beach from the city from Thursday to Sunday (they get cheap beach passes).The most disgusting place.

A wonderful hotel. The territory is suitable for a good and relaxing holiday. An oasis among the sands. Lots of greenery and flowering plants. The staff is attentive, the rooms have everything you need. I can't believe it's in the middle of the Persian Gulf on the washed sand.

It's beautiful, of course.The water is not very pleasant in the swimming pool (the heating is weak).The playground is small but clean.There is no children's club.But we had our own pool in the room, but without a children's area....(the temperature was raised at our request). The buffet is quite rich and varied.I recommend.

Ruined vacation, solely because of the irresponsible actions of the Kempinski hotel!!!! Friends, honestly, I could not even think that a chain hotel of this level could cheat, lie, and extort money!!! But everything is in order! Tired, after a hard flight, my family and I arrived at the Kempinski Hotel for the first time in Dubai. After a fairly quick check-in, we were escorted to a room, but what was our surprise when we were given the wrong room that we had booked! We booked a room with a view of a Palm Tree with beautiful photos of water and sand, and we got a room with a view of bushes and a Barushnik, a Pub where music is blaring at the top of its voice and barbecue is being fried, with all the smells that follow from this! After refusing to check into this room, which I had not booked, I was told that there were no options, and they could not solve the problem. Then I called the support service of the Booking resource, and after a call to the reception, from the Booking side, they told me that they had one number for me, which they would now show. After escorting me to this room and showing me what the real view should be, which I chose, I was offered to pay an additional $11,000 for this room!!!!! For 6 nights!!!! Attention, 11,000!!!! That's how they solved the Booking problem! They tricked me (by asking me to cut off contact with Booking, as my issue would be resolved), tricked Booking! They deceived everyone! I called the Booking office again, and they offered me a change of hotel, with compensation! Which I did with pleasure! Noooo..... the story is not over yet))) After my eviction, the next day, the amount for a day's stay in Kempinski was deducted from me!!! Which I didn't live in! I left, or rather ran away, to another hotel! But after calling the same Booking Office, the money was returned to me! By no means do I recommend this terrible hotel! That's the price of your name! Your name! The night manager and the girl at the reception are not at all interested in solving the guests' problems! When I said that I would write a negative review, they just grinned. I would have fired them! Thanks for the ruined vacation!

Great!!! the room, the staff, the attitude towards the hotel guests! A varied buffet:delicious, everything is fresh, freshly squeezed juices are great! Thank you for the lovely presents that were found in the room every day! The cake in honor of the holiday was very tender and delicious! And what cute towel figurines decorated our room after each cleaning:Butterfly dragonfly, dinosaur! Thanks to everyone who has created a cozy and festive mood for us this week!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.A real marble palace, beautiful decoration inside.Beautiful scenery around the hotel.Swimming pools for adults and children.I want to note that the pool has a very pleasant water temperature, compared to others.And what was most different from others and I liked that in the pool it was possible to include different modes of massage with water bubbles.The sea is beautiful, just like on other beaches.The service is at a high level.There is a playground for children.I will be happy to return there again.Thanks!
