I want to share my extremely negative experience working with the Pritmedia company. Since the beginning of the year, I have been interacting with a manager named Ulyana. During all this time, the person has not been able to organize his work at a basic level. Messages in Telegram are ignored for days. Moreover, we are not talking about one-time delays, but about the systematic ignoring of customers. There is not even an elementary reaction in the spirit of "busy, I'll answer later." Complete lack of feedback. When you try to solve a problem directly, you get the formal answer "I'm busy, I don't have time." There is zero reaction to any comments about the work. No attempt to fix the situation, no understanding of the problem. The behavior is as indifferent as possible, to the point that the person just sits and smiles, ignoring the essence of the claim. If you have a choice, it's better to avoid this printing company. This level of service is simply unacceptable. The employee is clearly not coping with his duties, and this directly affects customers. I strongly do not recommend it.
