I buy freshly ground coffee at home here. You can buy them in cans and bags, which are convenient to give away. But mostly the people take the loose stuff. Prices : 500 g - 420 tour.lire (~840 RUB); 250 g - 240tr.l. Coffee is fragrant and delicious if brewed correctly. It is better to buy in the morning, before 13-14 hours, then there are a lot of people. After 15 o'clock, there are already queues from the locals. But they let me go quickly. There are Russian-speaking sellers, but you can show everything on your fingers anyway. You can't get to the store on weekends because it's very crowded.

Just go for the coffee flavor. Freshly ground, delicious. I always run in here and take more weight for myself (it's more profitable this way) and in small bundles for gifts to relatives. Yes, it's more expensive than you'd buy in a store in a regular pack, but it's worth it. Queues are small in the morning, then it's not crowded)

Great coffee. Pleasant taste, super aroma. They can be ground and vacuum packed, if necessary. They grind very finely, for Turks. If you use a geyser coffee maker, it is better to take grain. The prices are quite affordable. I regretted later that I didn't take enough.

Every visit to Istanbul ends with the purchase of coffee and cocoa here. I take it for myself, for relatives, for friends, for colleagues to work. There is always a queue, but the service is fast)

There is always a queue, But the service is very fast. They understand Russian. There is not only coffee, But also cocoa. Coffee is sold ground in paper bags. The price can be found a little better if you take it from a chain store, But it is unlikely to be so fresh there. About coffee: here you need to understand that this place sells coffee, which is loved in Turkey and which is fried and finely ground enough to brew in cezve (Turk). In comparison with the CIS and southern Europe, a darker roasting is adopted here, which gives the coffee more bitterness and reduces the other flavor palette.

We visited in January 2025. The guys are working fast. They don't speak Russian, but they understand how much coffee you need. They asked for an extra branded package, and they gave it to me from the bottom of their hearts. The price is cheaper than in our store. You can find it by the smell, the aroma of coffee is far away. My son was in Istanbul earlier, he brought it. I really liked it. The taste was different from what I ordered on the marketplace. Therefore, it became possible to visit the Egyptian bazaar on purpose.

It's an atmospheric place, but the coffee sucks. I also fell for the atmosphere and got in line and collected 4 packages of 250 grams each.. Well, to give it to everyone. For gifts. At the airport, everyone probably sniffed, the smell was simply amazing, there was a clear aroma throughout the hall, well, I think the gifts were a success. But no, the Turks did a trick here too. The coffee is empty and weak. You can cook in a turk or in a horn coffee maker. Very mild taste. 250 grams cost 165 lire, 05.01.2025. The gifts failed (after all, they gave one package and immediately removed the sample), they did not give it further, so as not to tell tales about the "specials. Istanbul grinding and roasting"))) I don't recommend it to anyone. Pass by. There is no good and delicious coffee there. And don't read fairy tales written to reassure you that this is good coffee. It's a fast-paced coffee.

The legendary place in Istanbul is a point of sale of ground coffee by weight. The coffee is great, the guys weigh and pack the goods with the speed of Formula 1 pitstop technicians (!), which makes the long queue of customers move very quickly.

I always buy Memet Efendi coffee here when I visit Istanbul. The aroma of coffee can be felt from a block away, so you can unmistakably find a place where you can buy it. There is always a queue that moves fast enough.

The company store of the most famous (probably) Turkish coffee producer. There is always a queue, there is always a strong and pleasant smell of coffee. They grind and pack coffee right here. I didn't take it, because I wasn't going to make coffee in the near future, and the coffee is ground here in Turkish, which is not surprising :).
