My favorite place in Istanbul! The food is very tasty, the portions are quite large, it is better to take some company. We came here on the advice of friends and were very pleased, we returned again. The price is average, but there may be even more expensive places in Istanbul where the cuisine is not very good, so by all accounts this restaurant wins.

A delicious place in the Asian part of Istanbul. They arrive quickly. What I ordered was prepared by myself. The service is good. You can sit inside under the air conditioner, you can sit outside in the fresh air. The prices are more favorable than in the establishments of the historical part of Istanbul. I don't recommend it. They cheat - they try other dishes at a price 3 times higher. We were cheated out of 620 lira - we got 2 soups for 900 instead of 2 soups for 280 If you decide to go here, immediately take pictures of the menu, write down in a note what you ordered with the prices and carefully check the receipt before payment! The waiter also requires a tip of 10% "for service" - do not be fooled, the standard percentage is from 5% to 10% if you really liked it.

We came here because of the good reviews. The kebab is really a fire. But the service and prices do not correspond to each other. The service is lower than expected, and the prices are quite high. We took two cheese kebabs (I repeat: the meat is flying) for 980 lire. Judge the price for yourself, but it's really delicious there.

That's great! Incredibly delicious, always. The best place, the best people who work almost around the clock, an oven (not a gas stove!) that never goes out, recipes that were passed from hand to hand, the "garden of lost cultures and forgotten tastes" — this is very accurate. A gastronomic journey, "from Mesopotamia to the Ottoman Empire, from the Balkans to the Caucasus and from Asia to the Arabian Peninsula." Such an interest in culture and history is admirable. "The respect you feel for your work is a sign of self—respect" is the motto of the founders of Chii. And it is felt in everything. The New York Times wrote about them, one of the "Chef's Table" series is dedicated to them, but they remain a very sincere, homely restaurant where you are always welcome and always taken care of. My God, I finally found a place where you can try almost the entire repertoire of the restaurant in small portions! If you are a fan of this, this is the place for you. I did not eat at the kebab point, but at çiya Sofrasi, I recommend going there, although the kebab is also very good. Awesome combinations, all the dishes are fresh and everything will be thoroughly explained to you. I highly recommend this place if you sail to the Asian part, start exploring from Kadıkoy and from this restaurant!
