There are many questions about the organization of medical care. For example, if a person has an acute condition and there are no coupons, then it is very difficult to give an additional one. Or they may not. Another example: the temperature and, accordingly, poor condition, and the patient has not passed a fluorography or gynecologist examination, they will not issue a coupon, they can postpone, but they will not issue it until you pass the above. And what is it like to walk with a temperature! And you also need a ticket to the gynecologist... This is one of the many things that needs to be reviewed.

We have an appointment with a traumatologist at 10.01 a.m. at 10.30 a.m. there are 3 people in front of us. Why do they give coupons for a while, you take time off from work, you come and sit for hours, waiting for it is not clear what. But the doctor says wait..and no one comes in for 20 minutes. The doctor is very rude and not careful , he speaks Russian . - I went to an appointment ( during my period ) with a problem of terrible , cutting pains and asked for a certificate of absence from work , and in response I heard UNDRESS AND LIE DOWN ON THE COUCH… To my question, how and why?! I heard a rude answer : And you don't ask unnecessary questions, it's said to lie down means to lie down (to say that I was in a fuck is not to say anything , immediately in my head how is it ?menstruation after all..) He did everything painfully and very sharply, put his fingers inside me and pressed very hard on my stomach. There was absolutely ZERO reaction to my words and screams , which hurt a lot .I mumbled and sobbed in pain.… She came out of the office shaking all over , hysterical and short of air , unable to speak from the pain ! For the sake of your nerves and psyche, please do not go choose another doctor . Girls, health to you and choose the right doctors … It's been about 5-6 hours, and I still have terrible pain, and when I think about it, the tears in my eyes are like a stream, the trauma and fear from such doctors will stay with me for the rest of my life!

Doctors and nurses are young, inexperienced but polite and know their job A lot of questions to the hostess sister / they haven 't changed their underwear for 10 days , the food just sucks - it doesn 't even suck , pigs are fed more and tastier , portions are clearly less than they should be. I can't say for sure, but obviously meat and fish and other delicious things that patients should eat are reduced at times. I paid attention to the amount of leftovers and the amount of waste in buckets (closed), which is taken away from the distribution and kitchen in the evening, there is clearly a difference at times! We can safely conclude that products and semi-finished products are being taken out under the guise of waste! I don't know the attitude in other departments, but when I got to the dentist (the young lady in the office on the far right and the chair also behaved in such a way that it was as if I had an appointment with the queen. After her treatment, I had to go to Lode, which cost a pretty penny. Conclusion - they steal like everywhere else, the attitude is like cattle, Forget about free medicine Young specialists are not quite competent, they got sick - prepare your wallet, the country is for life, and this hospital is more like a path to death. It's better not to get caught!

Mom is gone... But I can't help but write about the nightmare she had to go through in this hospital. That was in 2021. It's been a while. But I want other people to know about the indifference and inhumane attitude of the medical staff of this hospital. Mom was 84 years old. She was a group 1 invalid. I fell out of bed and broke my arm. She was brought to the emergency department at 14.00. No one came up until late in the evening. There were some meetings all day. Only at about 19 o'clock the doctor looked at it. A man with a broken arm in a wheelchair had to sit all day in one diaper filled to the limit. No one responded to any requests or demands. THERE was A MEETING GOING ON! That's all the doctors were doing. Then it was necessary to take my mother in a stroller across the yard to another building in the cold on the street, on snow and ice, to take an X-ray. Then back the same way. And only after 20 minutes of the evening, they put a cast on her. One can imagine what she was going through all those long hours of torment. Apparently, the management of this hospital does not have the main goal of saving people. They had completely different tasks, very far from human destinies. It's hard to remember....

The location is terrible, there is no transport, on foot from the executive committee, where the minibus and bus pass, it is very far to go, a healthy person takes 30 minutes at a calm pace, and the elderly take even longer. The buildings on the territory are scattered like peas, it will take another 20 minutes to find / reach the building. 🤦‍♀️ The reception never goes according to the time specified in the ticket, it is constantly late. Many doctors come only to work out and leave after 2 years. This is why they work reluctantly. There are very long queues at the registrar, it's time to make an electronic queue. And people with a temperature are standing in the cold and waiting in line for the inf. office. The tests may be lost (not in the first one). Passing the driver's commission in this clinic is still an adventure.

The desire to have electronic coupons for doctors, and not kilometer-long queues, is a classic. It's hard to navigate through the buildings of the hospital, they barely found which side to enter the surgical department to get into room 7. It would be nice if there were some schemes, well, or at least the women from the registry of other buildings could adequately explain where to go, and not shrug their shoulders.
