Mom was 84 years old. She was a group 1 invalid. I fell out of bed and broke my arm. She was brought to the emergency department at 14.00. No one came up until late in the evening. There were some meetings all day. Only at about 19 o'clock the doctor looked at it. A man with a broken arm in a wheelchair had to sit all day in one diaper filled to the limit. No one responded to any requests or demands. THERE was A MEETING GOING ON! That's all the doctors were doing. Then it was necessary to take my mother in a stroller across the yard to another building in the cold on the street, on snow and ice, to take an X-ray. Then back the same way. And only after 20 minutes of the evening, they put a cast on her. One can imagine what she was going through all those long hours of torment.
Apparently, the management of this hospital does not have the main goal of saving people. They had completely different tasks, very far from human destinies.
