We booked through the island with 100% payment. We read the reviews on yandex.maps. There were no surprises. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. He also gave advice about the city afterwards. We settled in 5 minutes. Room condition: an old room in an old building. Old furniture. The mattresses are comfortable. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, soap in sufficient quantity. The entire "old age" of the room is overlaid by the convenience of the location. The main attractions are less than 5 minutes away. The entire transport interchange is also nearby. You can drive to any point of the city. We took a hovasist bus from the airport and back, which brought us almost to the hotel's doorstep and left from there. The breakfasts are more than good. We had a room for four for three people, and we paid 47,000 rubles for six nights during the New Year holidays.

I liked the hotel. Great location. The rooms are clean. But very small ones: there will be nowhere to put away coats and jackets. But we were in the warmer months, so we didn't have these problems. Cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day. The view from the window of the neighboring cute, straight dollhouse, hotel. There is a restaurant opposite, with excellent cuisine and even more excellent service. The hotel has a very steep staircase. But this did not become a minus for us either. Breakfast on the 4th floor terrace overlooking the bay. Probably, the men will be hungry, but I really enjoyed having breakfast with cheese, vegetables, olives and fruits. By the way , there were sausages .THEY ARE VERY TASTY. Separately, I would like to thank the administrator Azamat for his hospitality, for always being ready to help solve any issues. If we are in Istanbul, we would like to stay at this hotel again.

The excellent location of the hotel makes it very attractive for tourists. It's the second time I've stayed there myself. Good breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, friendly staff. Azamat is a great guy, speaks Russian, will tell you and tell you everything you need, personally organized a great hammam for me. Yes, of course the rooms are tired, if you are used to luxury, then you are not here. In fact, you only spend the night in the room, so I don't pay attention to the little things. Everything you need is there, that's enough. In general, I recommend the hotel, I will definitely stay in it on my next visit to Istanbul! Yes, I almost forgot, 5 meters from the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant where, after a busy day, you can have a very tasty and relatively inexpensive dinner!

Excellent location of the hotel. The late check-in passed quickly. The administrator helped resolve all the issues that arose. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The room is clean and cozy. There is tea/coffee at the reception, we always took a cup of coffee with us on the road) There is a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. The bazaar is nearby. Cozy tables at the hotel entrance where you can sit and enjoy Istanbul)

I really like this place for such a small price, the variety of breakfasts, as well as their decent quality, the staff is friendly, there are excursions from Istanbul to other cities, and thank you for your help in finding a profitable currency exchanger, the main attractions are within walking distance , generally 10/10

The price = quality ratio. For the center of Istanbul and stopping to cleanly come and spend the night is the best thing. Positive: - towels are changed daily; - on the 1st floor near the reception, you can borrow a free bottle of water 24/7; - included breakfasts with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea (but not without drawbacks, we got mozzarella with mold); - despite the lack of an elevator, the friendly administrator Azamat helped us lift our suitcases; - convenient location. Both the main attractions and transport are within walking distance. Minuses: - I agree with previous reviews that the bathroom is tired and repair would not hurt, but it is tolerable if you prepare in advance and take everything you need for hygiene (including slates, so as not to shower barefoot); As for the smell from the bathroom, if you close the door, there are no smells. 👌🏻 Yes, it can be noisy in the evenings, even with the windows closed, but we came tired and literally immediately passed out.😅

Solo vacation from the end of April to May 2025.A small, cozy hotel with a convenient location. The main attractions are a 7-minute walk away, as well as 7 minutes to the Marmara Sea embankment.Cleaning was carried out daily, towels were changed daily.Comfortable mattress, snow-white bed linen.Delicious breakfasts, a variety of salads, delicious olives, olives.Hot dishes include omelets, delicious flatbreads with cottage cheese. There is always drinking water at the reception, and a coffee machine. The friendly administrator is Azamat, a Russian speaker. If there are minor flaws, because the hotel is old. There was a slight smell of sewage, but it quickly wore off.The furniture is very old.But such small things are not worth paying much attention to.I recommend it to everyone.I definitely would have stayed at this hotel.

Friendly staff, the reservation with ozone was quick, clean, there is everything you need, they clean every day, change towels, there are slippers, hygiene kits, water, coffee. There is heating, breakfasts (simple, but there is something to choose from), a view from the terrace to a piece of the bay. Among the disadvantages are small rooms, and a "tired" repair (everything is painted, smeared, replaced and works, but not neatly), steep stairs. The audibility is good, but the hotel is quiet.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Everything is fine. The room was clean, cleaning every day, shampoo, balm, shower gel, slippers were all there. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, on the terrace, with the smell and view of the sea. Very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff speaks excellent Russian, and the receptionist is always ready to help with everything. The Wi-Fi is excellent, there is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, unlimited bottled water in the lobby, a coffee machine! I recommend the hotel!!!

We stayed at this hotel. A very cozy good hotel. We liked everything. The location is very advantageous. It is only 10 minutes to Sultanahmet Square. And the Bosphorus is very close. It's a very nice place. There are very nice people at the reception. The main boss speaks Russian perfectly. He can explain and suggest everything. We are very happy with the rooms. Everything is neat and very cozy. The breakfasts are delicious. I liked everything. Of course, if we are still in Istanbul, we will only stay at Oceans 7. Thanks to all the staff!

A very cool area for foreigners!! There are many places to go!!! About the hotel- the room in the photo seems a little bigger, but........... We came for a walk! The hotel was warm (we rested in December)), daily cleaning, beds were made, floors were washed, towels were changed, soap accessories were always there and we did not notice when we did it all! They just came, and we have beauty!!! Breakfast- from personal experience of hotels in Turkey- it's a fairy tale, there was everything, salads are different, vegetables, sausages, nuggets, sausage are different, a bunch of fruits, tea and coffee can be drunk as much as you want!!!!, and fruits for breakfast was just a sea!!!! My children were very pleased!!!! And the manager at the reception is a separate topic - I have not seen such people yet!!!! The young man speaks Russian calmly, helped us in everything, advised us where to go and where to relax!!!! There are a lot of booklets with excursions at the reception! He ordered us a taxi to the airport at a good price! There were no problems at all!!! I am very grateful to everyone!!!! I recommend it!!!

Depending on your requests, of course, but we only checked in here to sleep together. And for these purposes - with your head! The location is great! All the sights are within walking distance. The room is not big, but clean. There is an air conditioner. There will be breakfasts too. The biggest plus is the administrator Arzamat. A man with a capital letter. He suggested how to get through, how to plan the time, where it is better to exchange currency, how to get to the airport, suggested and recorded for excursions. In general, I treated it like a human being, it's worth a lot. I highly recommend it. After the five in rixos, the number was certainly not the same, but they pursued other goals. I recommend 5!)

From 05/04/2025 to 05/09/2025 we had a wonderful time in Istanbul, stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in the old town, 5 minutes from Sultanahmet Square with all the famous sights. In the other direction, 7 minutes to the embankment. Many thanks to Azamat (reception) for the hospitality and attention. Any questions and problems were solved not with half a word, but with half a thought). How and where to go, what is the cost of excursions, where to change the currency, eat, etc. All his hints did not disappoint. I provided a transport card for the duration of my stay at the hotel, free of charge. The breakfasts are good, not monotonous on the terrace, unlimited coffee at the reception. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we will definitely come back! Once again, many thanks to Azamat and his colleagues.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of January 2025. The staff is excellent, the room is cleaned every day with regular towel changes. The breakfasts are not very varied, but we were quite satisfied. The furniture is not new, but generally comfortable, we walked all day and only came to spend the night. You can safely communicate with the staff in Russian. Overall, everything is great, the room is warm, the heating is working. The hotel has affordable wi-fi, it is quite comfortable, you can watch movies.

An excellent hotel in the format of a city bed & breakfast hotel. Small rooms, shabby, but clean) Were with my family in a 4-bed room. The bed was changed once in 5 days, and the towels were changed every day. The breakfasts are not bad, you will not stay hungry, they are served on the roof veranda, so take a hoodie with you in winter. The staff is as friendly as possible, they speak good Russian, and they will tell you where to go in Istanbul. I definitely recommend it.

Well, such a hotel is not that tired, but even more! Original antique design 😃The staff is good, Russian-speaking, cleaning every day. Shampoo, gel, towels, slippers are available. The location is excellent, everything is nearby within walking distance, there is a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it does not bother, all the noise in the corridors can be heard as with the door open.cleaning is done regularly, you don't even need to ask. Breakfast is at 3, there are no pastries, only cookies from the store. During the week, there were sausages 2 times, sausage, cheese, everything is as usual. The eggs are only boiled. The dining room on the roof of the hotel, we were in December, it was not comfortable to be there, we had to have breakfast in outerwear, the coffee cooled down instantly. The rooms are small. There is nowhere to hang a coat. From the hotel you can call a taxi to the airport, an hour's drive, the price is the same as catching on the street, 1500 lira, but you do not need to go out on the road to catch. As an option to spend the night and have breakfast in the morning without going anywhere, it will go, it was selected for these purposes, at an affordable price. The bed, the pillows are all comfortable. Coffee and water at the reception are free and unlimited. Who is after luxury, you are not here)) not bad on average )

The hotel is beautiful. Good location. But unfortunately, it was not possible to check in. I booked a room in advance 6 days before arrival, after a trip.com, there was a confirmation from the hotel. But upon arrival at the place, the hotel employee informed me that overbooking had happened (which I was not warned about), respectively, it is impossible to check into this hotel. They offered a room in a nearby hotel, which turned out to be dirty. And in general, the overbooking scheme looks strange and unsafe, especially overbooking, which was not reported in advance, but could be. I had to urgently look for another hotel that I trust. I left a request for a refund after a trip. However, both the platform and the hotel refuse to refund, since the reservation is non-refundable. And the fact that the hotel has not fulfilled its obligations, and the fact that the alternative room in another hotel is dirty - no one cares. The refund has to be organized by contacting the relevant state authorities, unfortunately

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights from December 31st! The location of the hotel is excellent in the old town, in the historical center. The T1 tram stop is a 7-minute walk past Istanbul's main attractions. The breakfasts on the terrace on the top floor are very tasty, everything is fresh and varied. The most important thing is that the hotel manager, Azamat, is a wonderful person, speaks excellent Russian, and will always help and prompt you. We liked everything. The hotel fully met our expectations. If you are aiming to actively walk around Istanbul, and relax at the hotel only in the evening, then this place is an ideal option. The hotel is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, white linen. Breakfast in the morning is hearty and delicious. Everything that is usually given for breakfast in hotels: cheeses, sausages, eggs, omelette, olives/olives, cereal, pastries, honey and jam for tea, fruits, tea/coffee. There is a kettle in the room, you can drink tea in the evening with Turkish sweets bought on a walk. Bottled drinking water is available in the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. Very friendly Russian-speaking staff. Manager Ali, aka Azamat, gave us a map of the city and explained in detail how to get to the main attractions of Istanbul. A 5-minute walk from the hotel is the square with the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace. There are many restaurants nearby, there are plenty to choose from. I would especially like to mention the amazing color of the street where the hotel is located. It feels like you are trapped in an oriental fairy tale. I can say for sure that next time we will book a room here 👍🏻 Of the cons: - the wardrobe is designed only for short items (shirts and jackets). - Upon arrival at the hotel, please note that the city tax is paid in Turkish lira. You can be called, "as if by reservation," 60 euros instead of 60 lira. Don't swear, just ask again. This is a typical trick for Turkey, just keep it in mind. Usefulness: It is more convenient to order a taxi to the airport directly at the hotel at a fixed price. Have a nice rest and an interesting trip!

My stay at the Oceans7 Hotel is 10.01-15.01.24. I am very happy - clean (cleaning and changing towels every day and even on Sunday), a good breakfast for me - scrambled eggs or omelette, several types of cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, various jams and sweets, quiet (my Windows overlooked the courtyard). Sometimes other guests could be heard on the stairs, but it was fast and not critical. Excellent tourist location — near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, T1 tram stop. The hotel staff are very pleasant and always ready to help. Bottled drinking water is freely available. Good wifi. There was always hot water in the shower, the room was warm and comfortable. The biggest disadvantage is that the room smells like sewage from the bathroom. I have to constantly ventilate. In the bathroom itself, the smell is worse than in a public toilet. When contacting the administrator, they said that this problem is in the entire hotel, and is related to the proximity to the sea and old communications.Because of this, it is very uncomfortable and uncomfortable to be in the room. The room is very small, it was not possible to unpack all the things, there was simply nowhere to put them, since there is practically no storage space.Terrible sound insulation, the neighbors' conversation is strongly audible behind the wall.In the courtyard at night, people gather at a table, and they can also be heard very well, even with the windows closed.

A wonderful hotel for your money. We stayed for 2 nights in February. It's a big plus that we took breakfast, it's very decent. Because the prices for food are horse-drawn :) The difference with Moscow is three times higher, respectively. And so…The main attractions, Sultanahmet Square, are just a stone's throw away. The staff is wonderful. The mattresses are good, the linen is fresh, shampoo gels are available. Water, coffee around the clock downstairs. Wonderful Azamat speaks Russian and is ready to help in every possible way. The stairs are steep, the hotel has three floors, and the dining room is on the roof. It may be difficult for the elderly. It's better to call and clarify this point, in case there are numbers at the bottom, I do not know.
