We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, during which time everything was good. English is spoken at the reception, only the guides were Russian-speaking. All questions were solved in broken English, they ordered a taxi through the administrators, ordered a transfer to the beach, changed the key card to the room, there were no comments to the reception. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., we were immediately checked in, which we were very happy about. The photos of the rooms on the website correspond to reality. We cleaned up every day, changed towels, put 0.5 bottles of water. The room has a mini fridge, tea, coffee, kettle. Standard breakfasts: vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, olives, chopped olives), eggs in any form, pancakes, potatoes (either slices, or hash browns, or deep-fried sticks of mashed potatoes), sausages or small salads, dry breakfast, tea, coffee, 3 types of rolls, toasts. You won't stay hungry. Near the hotel there are local supermarkets, cafes with street food, the Mall of the Emirates, which has the French Mega market Carrefour and the alcohol store MMI, and a large area of all kinds of fast food. I recommend the hotel 100%, I would have returned without a doubt.

Nice, small and cozy hotel with excellent location. Very polite staff, quickly checked in. We asked for a room with a balcony for smokers. We were provided with it. The luggage was delivered to the room. The cleaning is unobtrusive, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfasts were good with a variety of dishes, there was enough of everything. For lunch, we ordered room service with a 20 percent discount, and it was delivered within half an hour. The room has everything that is stated in the hotel card. If something is missing, the staff quickly brings it. The pool is small, with two strokes, used once on the day of arrival. The rest of the days we went to the beach, there is a transfer from the hotel at 10:30 a.m. to Jumeirah beach. Back at 16:00. It wasn't a very convenient time, so we took 81 buses back. The metro is not far away, but walking through the entire mall is not very convenient. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. My recommendations of this hotel.

A la carte dinners. They are delicious, they are cooked in front of you, the portions are large, but the same thing for all 6 days. So why did I take off the star..... The persistent smell of tobacco in the room. As if he had been deliberately smoked in front of us. And if you consider that no one in our family has ever smoked in 4 generations, then living in a smoky room is more than stressful and difficult for me. Then the guide told us that this was the problem with all the rooms. For two days we aired it by opening the window wide and turning off the air conditioner. But as soon as the air conditioner was turned on, the smell entered the room again. We were lucky that we were in January, there is no heat and we no longer turned on the air conditioner. Well, the view from the window is very flawed and slum-like. I'm not shooting a star for him, we didn't come to Dubai to look out the window.

I stayed in this hotel for several days . Location - not far from the shopping center and metro , there is a construction site around ( it was a day and at 23.00 - work ) , the staff is friendly - at the entrance , and when they left, no one raised their heads ( and even more so their suitcases) , the room is ordinary ( nothing exclusive ) , breakfast - you can choose , lunch - worse than breakfast ( to my taste ) , dinner - you choose from several megus ( a good solution in my opinion) , cleaning - we didn 't litter ! But ... the sediment from the hotel remained very negative - on the shelf in the closet (and it is very high above the safe - I was packing things in heels) I left my silk handkerchief - I forgot, because it is not visible - high!! I wrote several letters to the hotel asking them to send me an email - did they find it !!! No - hotel ( its management ) they didn 't even consider it necessary to answer me !! I think this situation overshadows my opinion about this hotel !! I was given this handkerchief and it is dear to me !
