my name is Ksenia. 04.04.2025 I visited the H&B store in the Expobel shopping center in order to purchase a cream for pigmentation and a cream for hardware cosmetology . I asked the girl consultant Galina for help to solve my problem, unfortunately, I can't remember her last name. However, I did not receive qualified help. I was offered options for creams with reading their labels. It was obvious from the outside that the consultant did not have information on the composition of creams and their purpose.The consultant looked especially stupid when she couldn 't read the names of some creams and just said:That cream or this one. As a result of the conversation, I was offered the option to purchase the cream elsewhere, and to be specific, the consultant sent me to the Green Pharmacy three times and assured me that many customers there would find the right and valid product.I was shocked from the very first minutes of communication, because Galina said from the very first minutes that cosmetics in this store would not help me and did not help her either. Options were offered at the pharmacy, and after that I was gently directed to the Green Pharmacy (perhaps he earns a part-time job there, since the Green Pharmacy is located on the same floor)).I was surprised by this outcome of events. I am a regular customer of the chain, next time I will have to contact another store in order to get more qualified help.
