We had a fantastic stay at BM Beach Hotel, and the experience was made truly memorable by the outstanding service from Prabin. He was our server at Al Rahala Restaurant and consistently went about and beyond. Prabin was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, always anticipating our needs with a genuine smile. He made sure our breakfast, lunch and dinner experience was smooth and pleasant, even during busy time.
