In short: not exactly 5 stars, but 4 is just right.
Now in more detail:
Positive:
— Cool room layout. Almost every room is very spacious and has a panoramic window with a magnificent view of the city/sea (if you live higher up, you just can't take your eyes off, especially at night)
— A small, but very clean and cozy beach (you don't have to worry about safety either: the appearance of any marine vermin dangerous to the upright is simply excluded)
— A huge variety of fish and desserts in restaurants (sushi, shrimp and a bunch of exotic things, the name of which I was caught copying from the Internet)
— Polite staff
Now to the cons:
— Honestly, I would like to have more territory. Seriously, arriving at a hotel in the capital of the emirates, which asks for about 30k per night, you expect something more than a small pool, a beach and a micro playground.
— Not a very varied diet. Of course, the abundance of overseas delicacies was very pleasantly surprised, but there are not many other dishes. In a word, it's strange
— A very inconvenient elevator system. The bottom line is that the elevator can ONLY take you to the main floor and to the floor with your room (it works according to the cards). In other words, the situation is as follows: if your room is on the 3rd floor, then you can only get to floors 2, 4-7 through the stairs.
— Rather than a negative, it's just a warning: weddings of all kinds are often celebrated here, so it can be a bit noisy at times.
In general, if you are planning a vacation in the UAE for more than 5-7 days, then I would advise you to look at other hotels, because here, most likely, you will get bored pretty quickly. This hotel will be the best option only if you have any other excursions and other "off-site events" in your plans.

Pros: very tasty and varied food, courteous staff, chic rooms. We stayed at the hotel for a week, we really liked everything. If I'm not mistaken, there are five restaurants in the hotel: buffet, Italian (three dishes to choose from for free), Lebanese (four dishes to choose from), sushi (free for 149 dirhams) and steakhouse (paid, with some super famous chef). There are two alcohol bars on the beach and pool. A glass of beer is 1,250 rubles. The rooms are huge, with panoramic windows, most with views of the beach and the Grand Mosque of Sheikh Zayed. Do not believe the reviews where it says that the outside of the glass is not transparent))))).
Cons: the hotel is located on a narrow channel, not on the sea, but the water is clean, yellow sand, it's nice to swim.
