A cool small apartment, 5 minutes from the main Istiklal street. friendly staff, inexpensive, the room has a kitchen and dishes. An interesting interior. Breakfast is included, eggs, muesli, fruits, pastries, omelette, cheeses, sausage, everything is there. There is also a terrace and a courtyard. Even a small gym, there is shampoo and gel in the room.

We stayed here for five nights. Overall, a good combination of price and quality. Positive: - spacious room with a kitchenette, a table; there are dishes, dishwashing detergent, bottled water is provided - a large bed with a good mattress and pillows - good cleaning (on request at least every day) - all necessary supplies in the bathroom - soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc., good water pressure, hot water in the shower (there is a boiler in the room) Minuses: - outdated plumbing, and furniture - very poor sound insulation (earplugs helped me) - a meager and monotonous breakfast - location in a low part relative to Istiklal Street. In general, it's fine

We stayed with my husband for 4 nights, overall the impression is good. The room wasn't cramped, the mattress and pillows were good, and the linens were good too. The room is warm, there is hot water. The staff is very friendly, you can leave your suitcase after check-out. The breakfasts are not very varied, but there are eggs, sausages, cheese, olives, vegetables, fruits, muesli, coffee and other drinks. It's better to come to the beginning, because they don't report additional food. One of the disadvantages is sooooo poor sound insulation and a gas boiler in the room, which periodically turns on noisily.

A nice hotel near Istiklal Street, we got a two-room room with a view of the terrace. It was cool in the room in December. Water with a good sprinkle. The room has a kettle, stove, refrigerator, and a set of dishes. The breakfasts are delicious and there are plenty to choose from.

A normal apartment. Very large size for Istanbul. A big disadvantage is the strong audibility. We lived on the 1st floor. Therefore, everything that was happening at the reception and everything that was happening downstairs in the restaurant could be heard. Cleaning on demand. The breakfasts are quite decent. There was something new every day. You won't stay hungry.

Nice hotel. It is located in the historical center of Istanbul. Istiklal Street and other attractions are nearby. When we rested in winter, a varied breakfast was included. We wanted to book in the spring, but the breakfasts were removed. The large flow of tourists is probably not coping, it's a pity.

The only advantage is the location We were in a 2-storey room. The lower floor is damp, the smell of rotten water , the windows from the bedroom are 2 small windows under the ceiling (basement) , from the kitchen to the patio at the cafe where breakfast is served, the corresponding smells of fried eggs with garlic ... The room is dirty initially. Then she just didn't clean up. Sleeping on the ground floor is unpleasant. We turned on the heat conditioner to dry it somehow, but it blows right on the bed. On the top floor , more or less . They ran away from there after the second night to another hotel. I don't recommend it

The good location of the hotel, the tram stop is within walking distance, there are many cafes and supermarkets nearby. Friendly, helpful staff will be able to solve any of your problems. Delicious breakfasts, daily room cleaning. We lived in a two-storey Deluxe room. The room itself is tired, it is clear that the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The electricity is intermittent, once we even got stuck in the hotel elevator, fortunately the staff reacted quickly and pulled us out) In winter, the room is very cool, I had to turn on the air conditioner at a warm temperature to keep warm. The boller is also noisy in the room because of this, it is not very comfortable to sleep on the ground floor) Although the breakfasts are delicious, they are very meager and monotonous, only the soup changed during the week of stay, I would like the hotel management to pay attention to this and make at least some changes to the menu. The hotel itself is good, but the Delyxe double suite is clearly not worth the money, I advise you to take a double suite, which will be more pleasant in price and more recent in terms of renovation. Also, be prepared for the fact that WI-FI will be very bad to catch, we sometimes had to go out into the corridor to make a call or send a message.
