It's a nice house. This is a bad location. The cent is nearby. The bus stop is also nearby. Dubai Mall is 10-15 minutes away by takchi. A taxi costs about 20 dirhams. There are supermarkets nearby, but you need to take a walk.

There is no such fitness center as in the photo. A small modular room near the pool, for a maximum of 5 people. The complex is not bad, the area is good, the location is very convenient to get to any place. The complex is a 10-minute drive from Burj Khalifa. A lot of apartments are available for rent, a lot of people from India, not the most pleasant component. The complex is located 10 meters from the Marriott Hotel. I really liked the location.
