I have been a client of this bank for a long time. The service was disgusting and remained so. Everything is long, the bank is almost always closed. It takes 3 weeks to get a certificate in English about the account, although in Alfa Bank it can be done in 60 seconds. The staff dislike foreigners very much and speak only French. I do not recommend opening an account here
