The stay was good, but not the best one as at JWM shall be. I was very disappointed by the poor quality of cleaning in the room, dirty water in the pool, dirty tables by the pool... is this JWM? Very doubtful!

The hotel is great! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and have a very comfortable bathroom. It's very quiet, even in the corridors. 6 elevators, no queues. The breakfasts and dinners are wonderful. Arabic and Indian cuisines are separated, as there are many of these tourists. A huge selection of sushi, a separate grill station. We also visited a French restaurant on the ground floor and an Italian one. In French, the dishes are somewhat unusual, but the desserts are beyond praise. The Italian has huge portions and is also very tasty. The pool is nice, with a view of Burj Khalifa). There is a shuttle service to Dubai Mall every hour. But it is worth considering that the hotel is still focused not on recreation, but on business. There is no territory as such, and there are almost no families with children. There's nowhere else to go, except to walk along the canal embankment.

A gorgeous hotel . Polite staff. I booked a room without breakfast. They asked my profession at the reception, and I replied that I work as a doctor. In honor of this, I was given the opportunity to go to breakfast . Everything is cool, the food is probably very tasty judging by the reviews, but I never went to breakfast like that, because I slept until 5 pm. It 's hot in Dubai, but the hotel has nothing to do with it .

There is a wonderful recreation area with a swimming pool. The rooms are large, 40 sq.m. and very comfortable. The cleaning is good. And it is very convenient for walking around the city, 5-7 minutes nearby. The metro station is located.

The food is delicious, they give you water on the beach-these are the advantages. And in the parking lot, all the staff is friendly. But let's move on to the cons: the reception staff is disgusting, who will ignore your requests, and if something happens (like with us: theft of personal belongings) they will manipulate you, saying "You are putting pressure on us. We feel the pressure." Once again, be careful with your things, ESPECIALLY when your room is being cleaned, otherwise impostors will come, not cleaners, the hotel and the administration will simply not care (they didn't even call the police, they also didn't let us look at the cameras). Absolutely no measures have been taken. It says "it's your business." The hotel also operates as a "passageway". There are no bracelets, etc. Anyone can come in. I think the cleaners took advantage of this scheme, but the administration will not help you in any way. Also, due to the fact that there are a lot of people around the pool and the bar, there are not enough deck chairs, people have never complained about this (the same guests as us), but the hotel again does not give a damn. Please note that this place has 5 stars. But this hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. This is not the first time we have traveled to this country, and this is the first time this has happened. Be careful when choosing this hotel!

We stayed here with two children aged 6 and 9 for a week (with breakfast). No deposit was taken, only the tourist tax. We sometimes had dinner at a restaurant located in one of the Positano towers - we were delighted with the Italian cuisine and the size of the portions, especially for children. The pool is small, 32 m, with a maximum depth of 150 cm, but there is always an opportunity to swim, we were worried about the crowds. Transfer to Dubai Mall every hour. We took a taxi to the beaches for 12-15 minutes. Room cleaning and sweets with dates - every day. We are very pleased with our choice.

I would like to thank the hotel staff very much for checking in early, and very early, we arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., for upgrading the room category and offering a late check-out, and all this is absolutely free as a birthday gift to my wife! I recommend booking the hotel in advance, there will be a good discount, we booked 2 months in advance. and received a discount of almost 35% if we had booked before the trip, the hotel is very in demand. Taxi at the hotel is no problem, although there are long queues for it, especially in the evening, there is a free shuttle.bus to Dubai Mall and back, metro station.
