They have excellent information about the composition of all products, the quality of products, where and how sofas, beds, chairs, blankets are made, what is included in the composition, what are the offers for the purchase of goods, and are aware of current promotions. Everything is done clearly and expertly. Sleep is a delicate matter, you have to be able to please everyone, so they can and at the same time they didn't impose anything. We specifically went to purchase a double bed of individual sizes, the manufacturers did everything in a timely manner. The delivery and assembly arrived exactly at the time it was convenient for US. The assembly guys worked well in bad weather, we have a very narrow corridor and the guys literally had to squeeze through with our individual size, but they didn't damage anything, they assembled it quickly and gave instructions on proper use - this is important! In general, the team worked PERFECTLY at all stages!

The first visit to the store began with some caution on the part of the consultant. It was felt that until we showed serious interest in buying, the attention was not fully paid to us. However, as soon as we started asking specific questions and showing interest in certain models, the situation changed for the better. The consultant became more attentive, talked in detail about the advantages of various mattresses and helped determine the choice. Unfortunately, the delivery process was not without its drawbacks. The originally agreed deadlines were violated, which caused some disappointment. In general, despite some roughness in the service and delivery process, we were satisfied with the purchased mattress and the gift (pillows) from Askona. The mattress fully met our expectations, providing a comfortable and healthy sleep. We believe that Askona is a good choice for those who are looking for a high–quality orthopedic mattress, and we recommend this store, given the possibility of minor delays in delivery.
