Convenient location, the metro is 15 minutes away (it is very convenient to get to the expo, Dubai Mall). There is a swimming pool on the territory ( they give out a bag , towels , umbrellas), two restaurants , they cook very tasty . Polite staff . The sea is 5 minutes away . We lived on the 10th floor , overlooking the Ferris wheel . The room is spacious, a huge bed, unlimited drinking water. Nearby there are shops, McDuck, Starbucks

If there is anything else to be surprised about, then this is definitely Dubai! The Marina area is great and it is best to choose a small hotel (so as not to queue for breakfast). The Sheraton fits perfectly, there are few people there, and its own beach and a lot of different useful infrastructure. Besides, everything is nearby. We were in January, the sea is warm, the weather is moderate with a temperature range from 16 in the evening to 27 in the afternoon. The excursions are all interesting, starting from sightseeing, ending in Abu Dhabi. I liked both the mosque and the presidential palace there. Powerful and majestic! Well done!

A chic hotel, I rested in it from 30.05-06.06.24. I want to mention the chic cuisine at breakfast. You guys are 10 out of 5!!!! I felt like a princess - I will remember your attention and smiles forever. The chef is the best!!! The products are fresh and of the highest quality. I know a lot about food and it's just top!!! At the reception (unfortunately I do not remember the name of the guy handsome, tall, brunette) It's just a kind wizard!!! He will solve your problem quickly and professionally! We were there in early March. Heat. We were swimming. During the week, the water heated up from 20 to 25 degrees. We lived in Dubai Marina. I liked the hotel. All the amenities. The hotel is really great!
1. Food (we took breakfast and dinner) - varied, delicious and, importantly, different cuisines - you could even find pickles and spicy food
2. Location. There is a road separating from the beach, BUT there is a bridge and an air-conditioned elevator leading from the hotel across the street!!!! So the beach is just around the corner.
3. View. All rooms have sea and city views. So it's nice to watch from the balcony during the day and in the evenings
4. Service. People are responsive, quickly solve the problem on the call, no need to remind! The cleaning is excellent. They even brought an ironing board and an iron on the call! They also brought how much drinking water they needed
5. Location. The sea is nearby. In the evening, walking to the island with a Ferris wheel is nearby. Dubai Marina embankment is nearby. Streets for walking are nearby. What is important, ordinary grocery stores are also nearby, you can even take camel milk (about 200 rubles for 0.25 ml), it's worth a try. The metro is 10 minutes walk away. The tram is even closer.
6. Swimming pool! I don't like to use the pool when the sea is nearby, but it turned out to be in place! When it's hot at sea, you swim in the pool in the shade. And just after the heat of the beach, it's very nice to sit in a cool pool!

Nice hotel! Recommend. The location is great! We took everything included. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. For lunch, you can eat by the pool, or in the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, you can choose from 1 appetizer or salad, 1 hot and 1 dessert. The beach is public within walking distance, 3-5 minutes in time. An umbrella and towels are provided near the pool. Sun beds on the beach are paid.

A good hotel, polite staff, high-quality cleaning, food without frills, but high-quality. One-bedroom suite on the 15th floor, large, comfortable, with excellent views of the sea and the wheel.
Coral lounge on the 24th floor also pleased, you can have breakfast without a crowd, and in the evening pleasant drinks, including alcoholic, and snacks. Who is included in the price, I recommend definitely visiting.
There is no beach of our own, there are a lot of people on public transport, we did not swim, but we did not go on a beach holiday either.
DMCC metro station is close, 10 minutes on foot, from there you can easily get to the main attractions.
The only negative is very noisy, busy traffic below, cars honk until 3-4 at night and it is clearly audible. Who needs peace and quiet, this hotel is unlikely to suit. We were tired during the day and slept without hind legs, it didn't bother us.
We will be happy to come back again.

I had a rest from May 25 to June 2 with my daughter of 14 years and my son of 7 years. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we were immediately checked into room 1001. The room was clean, but not completely ready, because we did not find any toothbrushes in it, which we told the reception and everything was brought to us. In general, the hotel staff reacted very sensitively to our requests, for example, my son is very picky about food, and since the food in the restaurant is not familiar to him (a lot of spices), you could ask the chef to cook something special for him, nuggets or French fries. The hostess of the Sevara hotel told us about this. Then for dinner there were already simple dishes familiar to my son - just boiled pasta, rice and mashed potatoes without spices, which, at the request of guests with children, were cooked at the hotel, since not only we had a problem with what to feed the child. This is our first trip to Dubai and in many ways the responsive Russian-speaking hostess Sevara helped us at the hotel, our great gratitude to her for this. Since our knowledge of English is not at a very good level, Sevara told us a lot and helped us communicate with the hotel staff. We noticed that many Russian-speaking guests also communicated with her and they were all satisfied.
The desserts at the hotel, which were for dinner, are generally something unrealistically delicious. It is impossible not to eat an extra piece. Well, it's very tasty.
All rooms have a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf. Room cleaning is also excellent.
The morning pool is a little refreshing, then of course it heats up.
In general, all the staff of the hotel are great fellows - responsive, smiling and friendly. We thank everyone for our wonderful vacation.
The location of the hotel is very good - the beach is nearby, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the DMCC metro station.
I definitely highly recommend the hotel.

We are frequent guests at this hotel. However, I am very disappointed with the service and security at the hotel. This is not our first stay here; we were always happy before, but unfortunately, the hotel's services no longer meet the standards of a 5-star establishment.
First of all, it was my daughter's birthday and we bought balloons and decorations. When we went to the front desk and asked for a balloon pump, they said they didn't have one. It was a big surprise! A 5-star hotel without a pump? There are a lot of small guests in the hotel, but what if someone needs to inflate a float? Or if the guest has a birthday, but there is no pump? How can this be? Is this really a 5-star service?
But the cherry on the cake: I have been visiting Dubai for 10 years and staying in different hotels. There is always someone who monitors security. This hotel has a playground where children without parents are not allowed. There is a video camera, but no one is watching it. When I went to the playground with my one-year-old and 10-month-old son, I saw older children (about 10 years old) standing on a small swing and swinging. I stayed by my son's side. Meanwhile, another child was standing on a swing and swinging with great force. Despite my warning (which the older child ignored), the swing hit my baby with tremendous force. As a result, he was left with a bloody lip and a black eye.
I reported this to the reception and asked them to check the video. The hotel must be responsible for maintaining order and security on its premises. A doctor was called to the hotel, who confirmed the presence of a black eye and a bloody lip. However, I was told that it was just a bruise and nothing serious. But my child is only 1 year and 10 months old! I'm sorry, but what is considered serious? When is a child taken away with a concussion? This should be a 5-star hotel!
The hotel did not offer any compensation, although it is their fault that they do not follow other children and the rules of behavior on the playground. Our vacation is ruined. We drive home, and our little guest leaves with a black eye and a bloody lip.
The hotel is responsible for ensuring security on its territory. In this case, the hotel became a source of danger, which led to bodily injuries to the guest. The hotel is absolutely unsafe for children!!! We got into an accident due to the negligence of the hotel. My son suffered severe fright and bodily injuries (black eye and split lip at 1 year and 10 months)!!!
Further, during the next day, none of the staff approached us and did not ask how the child was feeling, he vomited for two days!
The day of departure came, the child feels the same, to which we asked to call a taxi at least in the form of at LEAST SOME compensation, to which the hotel staff began to accuse US, further saying that this site does not belong to their hotel, making fools of us not knowing how to cover our joint (although THEY further CONFIRMED the FACT THAT THE PLAYGROUND IS THEIRS!)
THE CONCLUSION IS AS FOLLOWS: THE HOTEL DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO 5* that's for sure, THE HOTEL IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN AND BE PREPARED FOR THE FACT THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN ON THE TERRITORY OF THEIR HOTEL, THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON THEMSELVES....
DON'T SET FOOT IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE!!!!
