A very cozy hotel, mountain views, giant breakfasts))) and a Georgian restaurant downstairs. Yes, it's further from the center, but it's calm, quiet and cozy rooms. I was pleased with the presence of two sinks in the room and a bathtub + shower.

A small hotel with a convenient location. In the middle of June 2025, repairs were underway here, so there was some discomfort. But if you're not going to spend all day at the hotel this summer, it's a good place. I was pleasantly surprised by the room - besides the cleanliness, it turned out to be quite recently renovated. A large bed, a cool window with a balcony and a large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, two sinks, a toilet and a separate bidet. There are no questions about the number at all. We haven't tried breakfast at the hotel - I can't say anything. But the nearby Georgian cuisine restaurant Manana is great! Delicious food with a soul, live music and hookahs. I give 4 points to the hotel for repairs, but it will end sometime)

Overall, a good, not a big hotel! A large room with an incomprehensible pile of all sorts of non-functional furniture. Lack of hot water. A separate topic is breakfast, which for some reason is delivered only to the room! There is no choice from the word at all! Waiting for an order is 30-50 minutes! Everything was cold, including coffee.

Everything is fine, although the prices are not cheap. But a large comfortable room, everything is there, good location. There's a nice restaurant downstairs. A hammam with sauna is included in the accommodation (30-50 minutes per day).

Karaoke is in the basement, but it does not interfere with sleeping, only if you have been skiing all day :) Breakfast is brought by order, not a buffet - it is always not on time or something will be forgotten. The hotel is very tired, the wallpaper on the walls is peeling off, the carpet is stained, the furniture is old, the bed is scratched. It was disgusting to go into the shower because there was fungus on the entire tile, I decided that in this case I could use the bathroom, but someone's cut nails turned out to be in it! The rooms are not cleaned by default, for this you need to go to the reception, and the cleaning itself is of extremely poor quality, even the mugs after tea were left in divorces. There is an option for breakfast in the room, but not one of the days it could not be brought on time, once it was simply forgotten. The breakfasts themselves are the same sandwiches or scrambled eggs every day. The hotel has a spa, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. Unfortunately, for such a room price, the expectations were much higher, and here they could not even cope with the cleanliness of the room.

We stopped for the night, arrived late, check-in was at 12 a.m. Nothing is working, neither the restaurant nor the bar. They did not offer to order food or drinks , although they could at least offer some kind of delivery. There were no slippers in the room, the floor was icy. We slept in dressing gowns, it was very cold. The windows are stained glass and very blowing. The air conditioner is not warmly installed. There was only tea and that Bowl in the room, usually there is coffee in the rooms. The hammam and sauna, which are described in the description, work only at certain hours. The breakfast is not particularly tasty. But the Latte was perfect. The service could have been better for the room rate. We will not move in anymore. There are cheaper and much better hotels
