After such an adventure, I would like to say thank you that the monorail ride was included in the price of the tour, as well as the climb to the observation deck. Although it's one station out of 4, it's picturesque. But the entrance to the hall of the museum of the future was not planned, it turns out ... Only a photo on the opposite side of the road (and 12 minutes to run across the passage, go inside and come back, alas, would not be enough, so it just remained to look at the "bagel" and get on the bus) Total: the trip to palm jumeirah turned out to be interesting - there was a lecture on the creation of the island in front of the observation deck. The observation deck is great, but because of the queues, we stayed there for 10 minutes, and it was time to go down to the guide. By the way, the observation deck is open, it's hard to stay in the heat. But there is a cafe and a souvenir shop where you can cool off. I would like to have half an hour more time)) A boat trip, which was included in the tour, is the perfect solution for enjoying Dubai in the heat. We ate and admired the atmosphere of the city before and after sunset, and did not melt. And the last point is a trip to the photo zone at the Burj Khalifa, a pleasant place with a view of the tower. If it hadn't been for the oil shop at the beginning, it would have been a wonderful excursion to the hard 4)) Thank you to Elena for her efforts, organizing a whole bus is not an easy task. The Presidential Palace, in general, is a mess, with what a scale everything was done. The group consisted of fourteen people, which was very convenient, since the travel time from Ajman to Abu Dhabi was three hours and spending a lot of time collecting and transporting three dozen tourists to hotels was clearly too much. I liked the guide, he talked interestingly and fascinatingly. It's a pity that there's not enough time to see the sights: they give 1.5 hours for the Louvre, which is nothing, you need to spend four hours there to see everything thoroughly. The entrance between the Louvre and the Presidential Palace to the date market can be removed, - the most stupid maneuver. It's like stopping by the station stall for half an hour after the Hermitage on the way to Peterhof. It would be better to leave this time at the Louvre. Overall, the tour is great. I definitely recommend it!

The coolest place is next to the driver, and in the back you just pray to get there without consequences for your stomach. The desert itself is cool, but going there and back was a challenge, especially if there is no view out the window, it just shakes like in a shaker. We were also promised a hookah, but in fact, a hookah is put on the table for a fee of 100 dirhams, and free - away from the show program, which, by the way, was quite exciting. As a result, local Arabs smoked free hookah, our friend decided not to keep them company. My second tour started with nervous stress, which spoiled the whole impression. The fact is that all our days were already planned, so we also selected excursions for the dates. And when we placed an order, an agency employee recorded, sent, rechecked, recorded audio to the hostess 100 times, and we listened to him - whether everything was correct in directions and dates. As a result, we paid, and the checks came to us on WhatsApp the same day later, when the owner of this agency arrived at the office. It turned out (which is also my fault, because I did not pay attention) that for some reason my excursion on 30.08 was punched to me on 29.08. Although we paid attention 100 times that this day is not convenient for us, because we have dinner booked in a restaurant for the evening, which is also not easy to get into. And the tour ends with delivery to the hotel at 10 pm. As a result, I'm lying on the bed after a shower and I get a message that the bus has been waiting for me for 15 minutes, and if I don't come down in 5 minutes, they leave without me and no one will return the money to me. Firstly, I agree that I did not check and I am to blame, BUT! when they repeat to you 1000 times that I CANNOT go on this tour on 08/29, it was a matter of principle for us, and you punch it to me on this day, then you EMPHASIZE to me that it will take place only on this day day and if it is inconvenient for you, we will refund the money, and if you can replay the plans, then keep in mind that this is still the 29th, not the 30th, and not just drop the check without words, as if everything was on previously agreed terms. You don't even have time to run around it in an hour, let alone see something. There is absolutely no point in visiting him. For show, maybe. They didn't really look at the city, they took us to take pictures on the embankment, it's unclear why. There was no particularly gorgeous view, and time was lost again. The impression of this day is negative. And not only here. The whole bus was unhappy. It is better to pay extra and take normal excursions elsewhere, because the first impression will never be repeated.

On April 18, at the Al Bustan Hotel in Sharjah, we contacted the Parus tour operator represented by Maya's manager for a jeep safari tour. We were 4 adults, we booked a tour for April 21st and paid for the tour in full. The manager did not give us a receipt and voucher, she took a contact phone number and said that the day before the tour she would send us the car number, the exact time when they would pick us up from the hotel and the name of the driver who would pick us up. On April 19, we went on a sightseeing tour, we did not have a connection, since roaming was not connected, we did not buy a local SIM card, and what was our surprise when we arrived at the hotel in the evening and got in touch, we read that it turned out that a safari car was coming for us on April 19, although we had booked for the 21st. On April 19, we had previously booked a sightseeing tour and, of course, we could not schedule a second tour on the same day. They tried to resolve the issue through Maya, wrote to Instagram direct, but the agency did not try to resolve the issue. We are experienced travelers, we have traveled to quite a lot of countries, and this is the first time this situation has occurred. But when it comes to impressions about the country you are in for the first time and may never get there again, saving 5-10 dollars is not appropriate. If any force majeure circumstances occur, the agency is not going to solve the problems in any way! (or they just don't know how to do it). This agency took a sightseeing tour of Dubai on February 28, 2025. The manager promised that she would enjoy everything very much, because the tour will be conducted by an excellent guide Elena! The group is large, 45 people. 45 people were gathered at the hotels by a bus driver who speaks neither Russian nor English. The tour guide didn't show up! We never saw the promised Elena. The driver collected the tourists for 1.5 hours, driving around the hotels. We stayed in one hotel for about 40 minutes, waiting for tourists. As a result, the driver couldn't find them anyway, and they were catching up with the bus by taxi. Then the driver took us to the "frame" in Dubai, opened the bus doors and that was it.... without saying anything (he doesn't speak Russian or English either). After making 5-7 laps around the bus, the tourists began to get nervous. 30 degrees of heat, melting asphalt and no information. When the driver heard the word "guide" he knew, he said "3 minutes." Another 25 minutes passed. No information whatsoever...After that, we asked the driver, pointing to the phone, to connect us with the boss. The word seemed familiar to him. I dialed my boss and handed him the phone. The boss announced that they had force majeure and the guide was coming to us by taxi and would be there in about 30 minutes. 35 minutes later, I dialed the boss again with the question: "Where is the promised guide?" The boss replied that he would contact him now and call us back. Another 10 minutes passed. No one contacted us. We're recruiting the boss again. Answer: "You gather a group, get on the bus and move to the next location - the Museum of the Future, do not waste time!!! The guide will drive there." Tourists refused to travel by bus without a guide. Another 20 minutes passed. We called the boss, saying that the band had decided to go back. To which the boss said that we should wait for the guide, all tourists would be COMPENSATED for waiting for the tour for about 3.5 hours from the moment the first tourists boarded the bus and, accordingly, 2 hours of stay at the "frame". About 10 minutes later, the guide Rimma appeared. Out of breath, she replied that it wasn't her fault, she had been pulled off the day off. It is clear how she could professionally and worthily conduct the tour in such a state? At 3 locations for tourists who did not pay for the climb to the observation deck on the island of Palma, she forgot to announce the time and place of the meeting. And if I hadn't run after her at the time with the question "What should we do?", then 11 people would have fallen behind the group. The day before, tourists were lost at this location, they were simply forgotten about. And they contacted the manager and caught up with the group. The tourists had no contact with the guide the day before and we did not. After we expressed our dissatisfaction with the situation to the guide, she began to treat tourists more carefully and perform her functions. The result: waiting for a guide for 2 hours in the heat, a "crumpled tour"... The boss's words "get into our position," and the next day a refusal to provide any compensation (the boss's words the next day: but the guide came....if she hadn't come at all, we would have compensated)for the wasted time waiting for the guide, the spoiled impression of the tour. Conclusion: the company takes cash, does not issue any accounting documents. And if force majeure happens, the travel agency will not adequately solve the problem and will not refund the money! And you will not be able to prove that you paid for the tour at all and you were not provided with the service for which you paid the money. There are no documents. Definitely not recommended. Let's say it's a little more expensive, but only hotel guides. There will be someone to ask for a poorly provided service. The travel agency does not worry about its reputation. After receiving the money from you, they don't give a damn about tourists. You will leave soon and new "wallets" will arrive, which they will hoard!
