A gorgeous hotel. Wonderful staff, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful, we didn't stay hungry. The breakfasts were heavy, we didn't take lunch, but the dinner was wonderful. The hotel may be rustic, but that's what makes it beautiful, nothing superfluous. The most important convenience is its location. Near the metro, bus stop and tram station. There are a lot of shops. A quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely come here again 😍

Great hotel. It was 03/20/2024.
Breakfasts (from 6:30 to 10:30) and dinners (from 18:30) are very good. There is a variety of choices, everything is delicious. There are always fruits and sweets. Coffee is only available for breakfast. I didn't go to lunch, but there were soups at dinner. Half a liter of water per person is updated in the room every day. There is a kettle, mugs, coffee and tea bags, sugar. There is a safe, a hairdryer. There are a couple of Russian channels on TV. WiFi throughout the hotel works great. To connect, you do not need to specify the phone number.
Room cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day.
The staff is very friendly. The language of communication is English.

There is a magnificent walking area nearby.
One of the disadvantages is that things in the room do not dry. We just took 1 fresh towel to the beach every day, the swimsuits were always wet).
All transport is close: metro, buses, tram to Dubai Marina. To get to any point of the city without any problems!
The nearest Alsufuh beach is closed for reconstruction. We took the 88 bus to Kite. 30 min of road approximately. The Dubai Marina is about the same.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. I think this is a solid 2. The only plus is the walking distance of the metro, bus and trolleybus. The interior of the hotel is very shabby, but this does not affect the rating. The extra bed is not a comfortable sofa. The cleaning is mediocre . Change of towels on reminder. The food in the hotel is meager, not tasty, from the word at all (they were with two children, they did not eat anything there and not only my many children sat and sluggishly picked with forks), I have never met such a poor dinner (they took it once for a fee). On the last day, in general, in the dining room in the buffet area, the air conditioner flowed g... oh!!! The stench was terrible and flowed from the ceiling like a waterfall . Transfer to the beach (very far from the sea) for 7 people by appointment , we got there once. I will definitely not come back here anymore. The staff speaks only English and is friendly.

We were at the hotel from 03/11/2024 to 03/16/2024. The food is a buffet, very varied, lots of fruits, vegetables and sweets (classic and oriental). You can replace dinner with lunch, but in my opinion it is not worth doing this, since they have dinner from 18 to 22:30 and it has the same buffet and even with delicious soups. And if it's purely lunch, then there's an order menu and very few dishes. Not profitable) The rooms are clean, but the coworking is dead. The air conditioning/ventilation system is excellent as the windows do not open. An iron/board is brought to the room upon request. Our room was on the 2nd floor - it was quiet at night (on 5 discs and all sorts of Russian-speaking quizzes). The wild Sufukh Beach is currently closed. Transfer to the nearest Jumeirah beach at 11 o'clock or by yourself at any time by yourself on the 88 bus 25 minutes (stop nearby). Separately, I would like to mention the very friendly and helpful staff. But the staff does not speak Russian, although there are a lot of tourists from Russia. But it also happens to be normal. Cleaning every day. We were given 3 bottles of water for 2 every day. There is a mini fridge. They put water in there and took yoghurts from breakfast on the sly. I've read reviews that things don't dry out. Life hacks from me. Take your pins with you. They washed the clothes and put pins on the tulle and hung them up. If there is no balcony, then that's the only way I dried my clothes. If the sunny side, then they dried out quickly.

Very tasty pasta with different sauces every day, fish, chicken, beef, 3 types of salads, fruits, desserts, and everything was really delicious. We took a bus to Kite Beach and spent the whole day there. It was so convenient for us, we walked to the metro a couple of times - 7 minutes on foot, took the tram to the Marina for a walk. We chose apartments in the Marina or our hotel with breakfasts / dinners for the same money. As a result, we were satisfied with our choice. Kite beach is really high, wide, good coastal strip and swimming area, everything is perfectly equipped. The buses run well, so we were satisfied with both the choice of the hotel and the rest in general.

The convenient location of the hotel is 7-10 minutes walk to the Internet City metro station, near the bus and tram stops. The nearest beach (wild, no toilets, changing rooms, but clean and offers a beautiful view of the Burj Ala Rab) is a 20-minute walk away. The area is super, the local academic town: universities, campuses, offices of large companies like Google. Marina and Palma are nearby, and Burj Khalifa is also relatively close.
Food can be ordered at the hotel or bought at the supermarket, which is across the street or there are cafes there. Uzbek Zira is quite inexpensive and even Russian is spoken.
Among the disadvantages: breakfast, daily one set of eggs in any form, bread, sausages, stewed vegetables, croissants, cereals, sliced. It's really the same thing every day. From fruits: apples, tangerines and bananas. Of course, there were no hungry people. But the constancy surprised me.

- dinner. Buffet. 2-3 side dishes, 2-3 meat/fish dishes, fruits, salads, dessert, water tea.
The result of the food at the hotel - it is worth taking if the surcharge for lunch and dinner is not very large and you do not plan to skip and walk on the rest. Taking into account the prices of food (at the rate of 97 rubles for 1 dollar, 1 kg of breast in a cheap supermarket costs 1300r, food prices are much higher than Moscow, a large coffee + bun - 40 dirhams (1000r), combo in kfs / bk / mac from 25 dirhams, prices in restik are limited only by your imagination and apetites )
