We stayed for a week for work. In general, the hotel is not bad, it's a solid four. The location is good, you can walk along Nazarbayev Street or to the riverbank in the evening. Helpful staff. The hotel is located in the old town. The room is nice, clean. It can be seen that the hotel is quite mature, but because of the care, everything is in good condition. There is a limited choice of food for breakfast, but you will not stay hungry. The coffee is delicious. Great hotel. We stayed for a day before the flight to Astana. Everything is clean and tidy. The room had a compliment from the hotel of very tasty 2 jams..small things, but nice. The transfer was taken from the hotel to the airport. A great driver, a nice person...only positive emotions and impressions...We recommend it.
