Excellent service, I recommend it! I contacted Belcifraservice in Gomel to repair my laptop (I filled up the keyboard). I was worried that I would have to wait a long time, but everything was done in just two days. The master explained everything clearly: he named the reason, agreed on the cost, and there were no hidden surcharges. The staff is polite, met normally, consulted by phone in advance. Rudeness, a mess, and a complete lack of respect for the client. I came to this workshop by prior arrangement to take the monitor for diagnostics. At the reception, the employee began to process the documents, without even checking the monitor data: she did not check the model, did not inspect the device, did not make sure that she was receiving it correctly at all. Then she misspelled my last name. When I pointed out the mistake and refused to sign the document with someone else's data, instead of a normal apology and correction, I received a rude response: “I should have said the last name clearly.” That is, the employee herself could not properly process the documents, she did not check the device herself, she made a mistake herself — and at the same time decided to be rude to the client. This is not a service. This is a shameful level of communication and organization of work. Everyone makes mistakes, but when they are rude to a client instead of apologizing, it is already an indicator of an attitude. After that, I don't even want to discuss repairs or diagnostics. If you are greeted at the entrance with rudeness, inattention and an attempt to shift the blame onto the client, then there can be no trust in such a workshop. I strongly do not recommend it. The level of service is below any criticism. It's a shame!!!
