Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about this hotel, specifically about the "restaurant". On a daily basis, every morning, we were asked if we would have lunch or dinner, we said which was more suitable for us. On Sunday, February 18, when we had to leave, I extended the room with lunch until 17:00 for an additional fee of 180 dirhams. Upon arrival at the "restaurant", 2 dishes that I could eat, out of only a small selection, were empty. To which I turned to the manager of this restaurant, to which he told me, but it was over, and there would be no more. After that, I contacted the reception to get the money back, the answer is: I have already billed the system, a refund is not possible. Bottom line: I wasted my money!!!! I am very disappointed with this hotel! And I will never recommend it to anyone! I paid money to eat before leaving for the airport, but I was left without money, and hungry! На русском Добрый день! Хотела бы оставить отзыв об этом отеле, конкретно о "ресторане". На ежедневной основе каждое утро, нас спрашивали будем ли мы обедать, либо ужинать, мы говорили, что нам больше подходит. В воскресенье 18 февраля, когда нам нужно было уезжать, я за дополнительную плату 180 дирхам продлила номер с обедом до 17:00. По приходу в "ресторан", 2 блюда которые я могла бы поесть, из всего небольшого выбора, было пусто. На что я обратилась к управляющему данного ресторана, на что он мне сказал, а все закончилось, и больше не будет. После этого я обратилась на ресепшен, чтобы вернули деньги, ответ : я уже выставила счет системе, возврат денег не возможен. Итог : я отдала деньги на ветер!!!! Очень разочарована данным отелем! И никогда, никому, его не посоветую! Заплатила деньги чтобы покушать перед выездом в аэропорт, а осталась без денег, и голодная!

We had a rest in November 2025. We arrived at 12 p.m. and were immediately checked into room 604. It has a balcony in the building located behind the building where the restaurant is located. The room is large, the furniture is retro, the beds and the bed are excellent, we were 3 people, so the room had three 1.5 beds, there was also a sofa. The bathroom is clean, the tiles are everywhere, the water was well supplied hot and cold. There is a hairdryer that is not portable, as in other hotels. Soap and shampoo were brought every day, towels were changed. Beach towels were provided daily at the reception for 1 person, it is better to take them in the morning, then they may run out. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, TV with 1 Russian channel. At the first request, dishes, an ironing board and an iron were immediately brought. There are no chairs on the balcony, it is not big and there is nothing to dry clothes on. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, there is always sour cream, cheese, liquid porridge, medium-quality sausages, pasta or noodles, sandwiches with vegetables, once there were pancakes, butter should be asked from the waiters, juice, instant coffee, hot milk, cornflakes, black and green tea in bags. The breakfast is modest, but you won't be hungry. Dinner is excellent, very tasty beef every day, fried chicken, liquid chicken soup with noodles, rice, pasta, fried or mashed potatoes, vegetables tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh cabbage, juice, tea, coffee, milk, cakes always, eclairs were given once. You won't be hungry after dinner. Moreover, the food is not spicy, it is not strongly mixed with spices, sauces are separate for everyone. The disadvantage is that rooms are cleaned on demand and windows are not washed everywhere. The dining room is always very clean, that's the main thing. Russian Russian is not spoken by male Hindus, only in the dining room and at the reception there are people who do not speak Russian well. There is a swimming pool on the territory, it is washed, it is clean, but the water is icy. The room where the sports equipment is used more as a waiting room and meeting room and a guide, there is an air conditioner, a sofa, two armchairs, a table. There is a Market store on the right from the hotel, there are all products, including fruits, souvenirs, there is also a currency exchange at the checkout, even old dollars are accepted, the exchange rate is 1 dollar -23 dirhams. There is a cafe and a pharmacy next to this store. There is a shop across the street from the market, near the Loy or Lulu hotel, where chocolate is cheaper and there is a large selection. You can go to the sea to three beaches, 7-10 minutes to the right of the hotel, 15 minutes to the left before reaching the aquarium, and 5 minutes directly through the 4 star hotel. The beach is clean, there is always a lifeguard who really looks, but there are no showers, toilets, changing rooms. The sea is very clean and warm. We were in late November-early December, the air was 27-30 degrees, the sea was 26 degrees. We liked it, the price fully corresponds to the level of the hotel. We chose the hotel spontaneously, we didn't think about going at all, we packed up for 1 day, because of the low price, and we were satisfied, although we always went 5-4 days. The hotel has rooms without balconies, but we immediately asked for and were immediately given such a room. Tip: apply for a Uni Pay card from Rosselkhoznadzor and you will pay with it everywhere, put rubles, but the payment will be in dirhams, the currency is converted upon payment, it is very convenient and more profitable this way.
