Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about this hotel, specifically about the "restaurant". On a daily basis, every morning, we were asked if we would have lunch or dinner, we said which was more suitable for us. On Sunday, February 18, when we had to leave, I extended the room with lunch until 17:00 for an additional fee of 180 dirhams. Upon arrival at the "restaurant", 2 dishes that I could eat, out of only a small selection, were empty. To which I turned to the manager of this restaurant, to which he told me, but it was over, and there would be no more. After that, I contacted the reception to get the money back, the answer is: I have already billed the system, a refund is not possible. Bottom line: I wasted my money!!!! I am very disappointed with this hotel! And I will never recommend it to anyone! I paid money to eat before leaving for the airport, but I was left without money, and hungry! На русском Добрый день! После этого я обратилась на ресепшен, чтобы вернули деньги, ответ : я уже выставила счет системе, возврат денег не возможен. Итог : я отдала деньги на ветер!!!! Очень разочарована данным отелем! И никогда, никому, его не посоветую! Заплатила деньги чтобы покушать перед выездом в аэропорт, а осталась без денег, и голодная!

A great hotel for your money! I'll start with the rooms: yes, the rooms are not fresh, but everything is very clean and good. The shower is with good pressure, the bed is such that you don't want to wake up. 🛌 There is a TV (Russian TNT), kettle, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, I really liked that there is a sofa. Condee works well. Food: we had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfasts are normal, there are no luxuries, but you can eat. (Photo where the breakfast sausages are) charming cheese spread. Every morning they give you a choice of lunch or dinner. We liked the dinners better, as there are fruits and fish. Everything is very tasty. Fish, chicken, beef every day. Lots of vegetables. Dinner is not bad either, but desserts instead of fruits. Territory: there is a swimming pool, but it was cold in January. Water - 1 bottle per person upon arrival. Beach towels are provided daily.

We were there from 30.01.26 to 03.02.26. The location is excellent. There is a public beach nearby. Clean. Equipped with changing rooms. Shower and toilet facilities. The soft stuff melts in your mouth. The dishes are moderately peppery. Spices are not overdone. The food was breakfast, lunch, dinner. Everything is buffet style. They ate their fill. Nearby on the right there is a shop, a pharmacy, a snack bar. Everyone speaks Russian. The hotel staff also partially spoke Russian. Half of the guests were Russians. There are also many Russians in the neighboring hotels. There are also Russian speakers in the Aquarium nearby and the maritime museum. There are also shops and eateries to the left of the hotel, but they are a little more expensive. We took a tour of the hotel for jeep rides in the desert. I really liked it. We also took a tour of Dubai at the hotel next to us on the right at the Parus travel agency. The 10-hour tour. The prices there are of course a little lower than in our hotel, but this tour was difficult. We need to warn people to take something with them to eat. At first, they took me to places purely for photos. Then to Palm Jemeira. We went up to the observation deck for 30 minutes, because first there was a lecture on how it was all created. Then a 5-minute review at the top. And 30 minutes in line to get down. We were late for a boat trip to Dubai Marina. We had to wait until we were assigned to another boat. Dinner on the boat did not begin to be served immediately. Tired and hungry, we stood in line for dinner half the way, then ate half the way. We didn't have time to finish eating as the boat docked. And we were taken to Dubai to watch the singing fountains. Therefore, you need to be prepared for such an excursion or go to see Dubai on your own. The hotel itself is clean. Towels were changed every day. You take the beach towels yourself at the reception. The staff is helpful and courteous. In the room we had a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, an adapter to a euro outlet, and a kettle. There are places for smoking. We really liked the hotel. It's very cozy in a family way.

We had a rest from 12/29/2025 to 01/08/2026 excellent location of 2 beaches within walking distance. To the left of the hotel is a municipal one with a toilet and changing rooms. On the right, it's also clean, but without amenities, there are rescuers everywhere. I didn't like room 316 without a balcony, it was noisy upstairs, someone was walking, making noise, washing at night. The audibility is excellent. The cleaning is average. The food was good, we had 3 meals a day, everything was fresh every day, for 5 meals. The choice is not big, but always for lunch meat, chicken and fish. The soup at lunch and in the evening is always different. If the room has a balcony, then the hotel will be great! Excursions from the hotel to the left Azamat is sitting on a chair at the neighboring hotel, the price tag is 2 times lower than that of the guide. But it's up to you, of course. The staff is responsive, they try to please, all requests are fulfilled very quickly. They gave me an adapter without any questions, because the sockets are Chinese, keep in mind. There is no hair dryer, take your own. There is a fridge and a kettle. We went to the seaside, we went swimming, we tanned ourselves, that's the best thing in winter. I recommend it for unassuming tourists!

I give 4 stars because the trip was the cheapest. Therefore, the hotel met all expectations. Price is quality. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a refrigerator in the room, which works well. Microwave, TV. There are several cabinets. Comfortable beds, a soft white bed (I didn't understand if the fabric was natural, but it didn't seem to be polyester, maybe cotton with an admixture), towels were changed every day, picked up at 9 o'clock and returned while we were at sea. The guy also did the cleaning every day, even mopped the floor, but of course you don't fit barefoot)) Everything is quite clean and tidy. Put soap and shampoo so that there is always one per person. In general, everything is OK, everything is minimal. Water is given only once upon check-in. You can take beach towels every day, but we didn't take them. The pool is for show, we didn't swim, and we never saw anyone using it. Maybe it's not the season. We had a balcony, but it was very small, at least we could hang the laundry, but it didn't always have time to dry. Some rooms did not have balconies. As I understood it, we lived in a new building. The beach on the left is a five-minute walk away, there are no traffic lights, but you can cross. The beach is just perfect. The beach on the right is kind of wild and abandoned, we were there only once. There is even less to go, but there is no toilet, no locker room, nothing. Breakfast for 10 nights was so annoying that it already made us feel sick, we are not spoiled and can easily adapt... But it was really hard to find something to eat here, but in principle we always found it. The approximate composition of breakfast is tea bags, instant coffee (quite tolerable), milk, water, 2 types of jupi-type juice from powder, fetax-type cheese, cottage cheese, bread dough, jam and something like honey, the simplest sandwiches, watery porridge and without sugar and salt, boiled egg some kind of beans in sauce, tasteless sausages made of paper, pasta. Sometimes there were pancakes instead of pasta, once corn kernels. We didn't take any lunches or dinners, and we didn't regret it at all. We went to eat at the Baik Al mandi restaurant. Yemeni cuisine. They cook delicious rice and kebabs, they are simply delicious, the portions are huge and they serve soup (broth), yogurt and arugula with lemon as a gift. We went from 18 to 28.01.26. I was afraid it would be cold, but I managed to swim almost every day, the water is refreshing, but you get used to it, it was already cold at 2 p.m. and we went to the mall or went for a walk somewhere. By the way, transfers to the malls of Sharjah from the Al Bustan hotel, it's not far, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk. The schedule is available at the reception. No one drives to Dubai anymore. There is a ferry station near the beach for 15 dirhams. There is also an aquarium and a museum (25 dirhams), a pensioner + an accompanying person for free. Near the restaurant, which I wrote about above, there is a Nesto hypermarket - a good assortment and prices. And there's a Gift Market store nearby.

The room has a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, TV with 1 Russian channel. At the first request, dishes, an ironing board and an iron were immediately brought. There are no chairs on the balcony, it is not big and there is nothing to dry clothes on. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, there is always sour cream, cheese, liquid porridge, medium-quality sausages, pasta or noodles, sandwiches with vegetables, once there were pancakes, butter should be asked from the waiters, juice, instant coffee, hot milk, cornflakes, black and green tea in bags. The breakfast is modest, but you won't be hungry. Dinner is excellent, very tasty beef every day, fried chicken, liquid chicken soup with noodles, rice, pasta, fried or mashed potatoes, vegetables tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh cabbage, juice, tea, coffee, milk, cakes always, eclairs were given once. You won't be hungry after dinner. Moreover, the food is not spicy, it is not strongly mixed with spices, sauces are separate for everyone. The disadvantage is that rooms are cleaned on demand and windows are not washed everywhere. The dining room is always very clean, that's the main thing. Russian Russian is not spoken by male Hindus, only in the dining room and at the reception there are people who do not speak Russian well. We chose the hotel spontaneously, we didn't think about going at all, we packed up for 1 day, because of the low price, and we were satisfied, although we always went 5-4 days. The hotel has rooms without balconies, but we immediately asked for and were immediately given such a room. Tip: apply for a Uni Pay card from Rosselkhoznadzor and you will pay with it everywhere, put rubles, but the payment will be in dirhams, the currency is converted upon payment, it is very convenient and more profitable this way. The hotel is very budget friendly, simple, without chic and the lobby is made of gold. A huge plus is the beach within walking distance. It's a pity for the people who got to the beach on the transfer, and then waited for the trip back in the 50-degree heat. It's 5-7 minutes to the bay. The food is monotonous, but there is always a choice of 3 dishes. You definitely won't stay hungry. If you don't want to overpay for stardom, then it's a great option.

I stayed at this hotel from November 4 to November 11, 2025, and was moved into room 118 almost above the dining room. Before that, I read reviews about the hotel, but I took a chance. Slippers and towels were provided upon request. Bath accessories - 2 soaps and 2 shampoos. Household appliances include a hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, everything is old and dirty. To turn on the TV, microwave, charger, you needed an adapter. The sockets here are not the same as in Russia, and there are not enough adapters in the hotel for all rooms. The room is large, which is a plus, but the floors are dirty, cobwebs everywhere, the toilet is not washed, the bathroom is dead, and the tiles are covered in mold. The furniture is shabby and dusty. There was a strange smell in the room, either damp or musty. The clothes all smelled, the smell after washing them did not disappear anywhere. The room was never cleaned, the trash was not taken out, linen and towels were not changed (maybe on request?) I can only say positive things about the dining room - it's clean, there are no queues, the tables are always free, the food is monotonous but delicious. The chefs are trying their best. On the day of departure, I found out that bottled water of 0.5 liters or 1.5 liters is provided free of charge in the dining room upon request. One of the advantages of the hotel is 5 minutes to the city beach (if you go to the right) and 7-10 minutes to Al Khan beach (go to the left). The beaches are clean everywhere, the sand is white, the water is clear and emerald-colored, and fish are swimming. It is a 15-minute walk to the aquarium and the Maritime Museum. Opposite the reception there is an office for the sale of excursions (Olesya), prices are lower than those of tour operators. If you walk to the right for 5 minutes, there will be a store. The staff is friendly, mostly Hindus, they don't speak Russian. I wish the hotel administration to take better care of room cleaning, in principle, the hotel is not bad, but....I wouldn't want to move in here anymore

The beach is 8/10. We've been to both beaches. I liked everything. It's clean, there are fewer people on the nearest beach. Rooms- 3/10. Balconies only in double rooms. In others, the windows don't even open. The furniture is very old, we had problems with the toilet, then it was fixed, but it didn't last long. And bring an adapter for local outlets with you. Purity is 2/10. They didn't clean up properly, and they didn't throw out the trash even once in a week. Towels were changed, but I had to ask for it. Service- 3/10. If there are any problems, you need to approach them several times so that they can start to solve something. The staff is 5/10. The guys in the dining room are good, they always respond, they calmly answer all questions, and there are questions for those who clean the rooms. In general, if you don't care about the conditions, the motel is not bad for its price, you can go.

But then I started liking the room: the water pressure is always strong, and there is even a reserve. There is always hot water. It was even more comfortable without air conditioning, since I got the shady side. The place is quiet, you can't hear the road, but the neighbors sometimes made noise, apparently they got alcohol for the new year. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are moderately firm, and we slept on hotel mattresses for the first time. The linen is soft and pleasant to the body. Every day, the blanket was tucked in and towels were changed. Soap, shampoo every day. Kettle, plates, cups. Refrigerator, microwave. There is a TV, but it was not turned on. The only thing is that the sockets are not in Euro format. The ceilings are high, probably 3.5-4 meters. it feels like the room is like our whole apartment. The bathroom is also large, with a bathtub instead of a cubicle, as it usually happens. There is no plug for the bath, but the soap that is brought is ideal. There were clotheslines on the balcony for drying clothes, but due to the humidity, it hardly dried. Two chairs, an ashtray. In the room there is an armchair for three and a table. We had three beds in the room, my wife and I moved them together and got an airfield. In the new buildings, the windows are right at human level, and what they saw, the rooms seemed small. Mosquitoes flew in twice, they didn't let me sleep. They caught me. But the fumigator could not be found in household goods. In the dining room, as they wrote, the food is delicious, but monotonous. We often ate in cafes and all kinds of McDonald's-type eateries in the neighborhood. I really liked the food at the Yemeni cuisine eatery (25.330122, 55.370519). In general, prices in stores are not expensive, but expensive pastries "for tea" everywhere and all kinds of crackers. I liked the beach better, which is on the left, behind the aquarium. We were on New Year's Eve 2026. The air temperature is 25-25 °C. The water is 23 °C, it's cool to enter. Overall, I liked the room.P.S. we walked to the Mega Mall. It's far away, but the road feels like it's in another country, very contrasting.
