Need perfect review aI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food at the hotel was absolutely perfect; each meal was a delightful culinary adventure. The quality of the water, whether it was for drinking or in the pool, was top-notch, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Julia, a beautiful Russian-speaking girl who helped solve any problems.
The food is not bad, but rather monotonous.

Great hotel. The service is beyond praise. The food is varied, with a large selection of seafood, meat and fish dishes. The beach is small, but there are enough places for everyone. Umbrellas are equipped with a waiter call button (for this a separate plus). We had a family vacation in early April. Everything is gorgeous. There is a Mall nearby. You can walk down the street, or you can go through the hotel. There are many shops and cafes nearby.
The linen was changed every other day. I recommend.

We visited all the restaurants, the impressions and the food are just amazing. In the second year, we bought an all-inclusive tour, and it was not a bit worse. We stayed at the hotel from April 20 to 27, we really liked everything. Responsive staff, at any request, everything is brought instantly. Amazing hotel! Attentive staff! Perfect cleanliness! A huge beach! White sand, convenient entrance, water does not stagnate! Soft sun beds! Beach bar with call buttons! Any power system (we took all). Excellent food and drinks alcohol, beer, wine the choice is large and for every taste (many restaurants)! Russian-speaking administrators! The room has everything you need! Linen and towels are replaced every day! From the hotel, transfer to the Abu Dhabi Mall! There is practically no animation, but when the hotel is in the city center, it is not necessary, there is somewhere to wander to take time! You can buy excursions, you can go yourself, everything is available! There are 2 grocery stores near the hotel (cigarettes, bathroom accessories, etc.), the price is not too high! With a high probability I want to return to this hotel for a vacation in the future! I liked everything! I recommend it!

We had a rest in December 2023. I liked the location of the hotel. It is easy to get to all the attractions. We took a taxi, 15 min. And we are at the palace, at the museum. Towels are provided on the beach. There is a fitness room on the territory, quite large) You can also play lawn tennis.
On food: we only had breakfast, it was delicious, we liked Viennese waffles the most, especially when they were cooked in front of you. Of the minuses, at the end of our trip, these waffles stopped cooking with us, but simply put them ready-made. It didn't taste like that anymore.

So, Rotana Beach is a good location, not a tired hotel, polite staff, they settled me respectfully ahead of time, the territory is not large-but it is enough, about 13 restaurants on site, a good gym, the food in the hotel is suitable for me, I ate a variety and tasty every day, but if I don't to change the diet, of course, the food every day will seem the same)). Sauna, Jacuzzi are freely available, during my vacation, they were not the most popular places to relax, so you are almost alone in the steam rooms and in the Jacuzzi.

Honestly, I didn't want to approach once again. In the lobby, too, not to sit, nothing is included there. Arrived on 23.10.23, the hotel was not full, after a few days it filled up and queues began at the entrance to the restaurant, for scrambled eggs and other dishes. Of course, there were no more sunbeds. But we traveled a lot and didn't stay at the hotel. Of the cons: there is no sea, there is a kind of river, a very narrow place for swimming. We got into Ramadan and every evening the hotel hosts themed dinners for Muslims, we sit in our cafe and even have nowhere to walk, a lot of people who do not live in the hotel, further,,,, there are several restaurants on the territory that do not belong to the hotel, of course again a lot of people who are not related to the hotel! We had everything included, which now means a bar in the main restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are held and a bar on the beach! That's it! One is up to 23 types, but dinner ends at 21-00 and goodbye to everyone, pool bar until 20-00! In short, the hotel is not worth the money, we paid 340 thousand for a minute a week, the food has not changed once a day! The same dishes every day! Very poor choice, sooooo! The best waiter on the beach is Joseph 👍

Sea. The beach is closed after the April flood, as the water samples are poor. But the hotel has organized a free shuttle service and free entrance to Soul beach. At first I was upset, but then I thought, why not? In Abu Dhabi, the beaches near the hotels, which in the city are more like streams or canals. And here there is a real need to go to the sea. The sea is closed. So the Persian Gulf on Sadiyat is super. We did not use the transfer, because the bus stops at 5 hotels. Taxi 15 minutes, 20 dirhams, you are not tied to time and here it is a gorgeous sea.
We are very satisfied with the hotel. But I must say: I am a fan of the UAE and specifically Abu Dhabi. I really like it here.

There is a very long wait when cooking dishes, omelets and other dishes - there are not enough ovens.Otherwise, the food and drinks are on solid 4. The rooms are good. There are many restaurants in the hotel, where if you have everything included, you can sign up, well, or go for money - all the restaurants are decent! The dishes are huge everywhere- so it's better to order different ones for the company and try everything at once, it's unrealistic to eat enough! Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed daily. One moment with plumbing:I stopped by and after a couple of days there is no pressure, but the reason is that most likely the water is desalinated and it flies straight into the mixer with sand and when the strainers are clogged, the pressure disappears. Therefore, if your hands are not from the same place, unscrew the mesh and rinse the shower too, unscrewing turn on the pressure and see how much sand will pour out of the hose. If the hands are not from the right place, then call the staff and there will be happiness every 2 days. Heated pools, including children's pools, towels on the beach and pool are collected by the staff themselves. Drinks, food (burgers, ice cream and pizza, and so on are also brought by the staff). There is nothing to hookah about, I do not recommend spending 105 AED, there is nothing at all. A good fitness room: there are both gym equipment and separate fitness rooms. The hotel is decent, but everywhere there are nuances and both positive and negative sides. In general, I liked it, I think we will come again.

Check-in is a separate song . A room with a view of the courtyard, smoked to death (both my husband and I do not smoke). They changed it to a more decent one . With a basket of fruits, if you can call it that. But the most interesting thing !!! The beach is not working again! Just the pool. For a week we listen to how samples are allegedly taken and wait for the water to meet the standards. We booked a week in advance, no one said that the beach was closed, we would never have bought a hotel. The alternative is to go to a paid beach. We recommended the hotel to all our friends and acquaintances for a year, but alas, there is no desire to return anymore. There is a swimming pool at home. I would like to share my impression. We were at this hotel 5 years ago and in May 2024 there is a difference, the dynamics are multidirectional. But more in the negative. 5 years ago, there was a great impression of the hotel. It is beautiful, well maintained, almost high class. The service is beyond any complaints. I think that's how it should be in five stars. There was unobtrusive care and the solution of all issues instantly. And, however, there were no questions. We dreamed of coming here again. We arrived with a high expectation of the same comfort. But something went wrong from the moment of settlement. Check-in from 14.00. We arrived at 15.00. We were asked to wait 10 minutes. As a result, they settled in an hour later with an expression on their face that we had got them to the point of impossibility. God be with him. We came here to get positive emotions. The room is very nice, big, beautiful. But! Again, there are four of us in the room, which was stated at the time of booking, but the consumables (slippers, bathrobes, towels, etc.) are designed for two. They asked for it again, they brought it. However, they also brought an extra bed, for which special thanks. The rest was a success, the breakfast is excellent, the beach, the pool are good. The impression improved and these little problems were forgotten. Upon check-out, as we left in the evening, we were asked to give us lunch boxes for the paid breakfast for the next day. We were told that everything would be fine after 20.00. But when we called at 8.30 pm, they told us that they didn't know anything, but they would bring it soon. Half an hour later, they called and said that breakfast in the form of a lunch box was not allowed for us, because we leave at 23.00, and breakfast is only allowed for those who leave after 00.00. Somehow it doesn't look like they continue to treat guests here as they should in 5 stars. Absolutely in all the hotels we visited, even in the most inexpensive ones, NO matter how many times we left, there were no problems with lunch boxes. We have paid for breakfast the next day. And we have to get it in any form. It's not that we can't do without it, but it just hurt, I'm very sad for this hotel. Maybe the management has changed, maybe poorly trained staff is working, but why is the reception and even the manager on duty not aware that there is such a rule that lunchboxes are not allowed for those who leave before 00.00 and do not tell the guests immediately, but only after 3 confirmations that everything is OK? It's a pity, actually. Maybe someone will hear it, maybe something will change, but so far it's like this (((
